A gym of a beach house right on the beach. Awesome hot tub overlooking the beach is a plus . House is set up nicely and it’s clear the host works to make the home inviting for its guests. Will be telling my friends and looking out for this beach house in the future. Thank You!

Wonderful communication from the host, amazing proximity to the beach, wonderful view, spacious, comfortable, and very accurate lifting info. The hot tub on the upper deck is like icing on the cake

This is a very nice house and absolutely cute decorations. Enjoyed watching the beach from the hot tub or the chairs on the deck. Also enjoyed the views from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. When I had a question, Kathy responded right away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us.

Adorable home steps from the Ocean
We stay in Bolivar frequently and somehow have missed this little gem. Home was perfect! Kitchen was stocked perfectly, beds were comfy and the decor was so festive! Mrs. Kathy was so kind and hospitable! We will definitely being staying here again! hospitable l! anhospitable

Amazing!
We got there and were allowed to check in early! Kathy was very responsive even checked on us during the small storm! The house was absolutely amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the view was amazing! This is going to be a regular house that we get when we come down if it’s available! Definitely need to stay here well worth it!

Great Beach House!
This house was perfect for our vacation. Just steps to the sand and wonderful views! We loved having the hot tub on the 2nd floor deck and the cargo lift is such a nice amenity. No hauling suitcases and groceries up the stairs! This home is stocked with absolutely everything and Kathy was so helpful and responsive to our needs!

House was clean & very well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes & cooking utensils. We had 1 issue w/ the front door early. Kathy had already given me her cell & was very quick to respond w/ instructions. Would definitely stay here again!
