Historic, Updated, Walkable, 3-bedroom house-Great Location Downtown Wilmington

Updated historic home, with three Bedrooms. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Riverwalk and many wedding venues. Large, private backyard to relax in. All bedrooms are up one flight of stairs and each has a queen bed. Jack and Jill bathroom connects two of the bedrooms. There is also another full bath upstairs with a claw foot tub and shower. Large deck upstairs connects to one of the bedrooms for a relaxing view of the yard. Front porch has adirondack chairs for enjoying your morning coffee, with a view of the picturesque church across the street. Very calm and quiet area. Downstairs, there are two living areas with comfortable furniture and a bar for enjoying your time at the house. The kitchen has been updated with hardwood floors, granite and new appliances. If you need to m7x work with pleasure, there is a private office upstairs.

Place is as lovely as the pictures. Cute neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and downtown. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and extremely comfy beds. Hoping to return next year.

We spent a week in this very convenient and comfortable home and it was amazing! The location was great - just a couple of blocks to some of the best restaurants in Wilmington and 5 blocks to the RiverWalk. The house was very clean, well stocked and the communication was great. We will return!

Coming back home!

This home was so lovely and within walking distance to the riverwalk and many restaurants. We had plenty of space for our group. The neighborhood felt safe enough to walk at night. We would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to explore downtown Wilmington and the riverwalk.

Fantastic house in Wilmington's Historic District

Charming, historic house in the best neighborhood of Wilmington. The river walk is a few blocks away, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Check in and communication with Mike was super easy and we didn't have any issues or problems, but I'm sure he would've attended to them immediately. The house was clean, neat and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again.

PERFECT HOME to Experience Wilmington

Beautiful and spacious home in the Historic District. 3 FULL bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I traveled with my family (wife and kids), my parents, and my mother-in law for the beach. We were looking for a space to relax after the beach, but this house and its location gave us much more. It was a very relaxing and accommodating place to unwind.The house is sizable, with a large backyard, friendly front porch, and surprising deck off the master bedroom. The house keeps the historic architecture while also being updated tastefully. This is the house you want to rent if you are visiting Wilmington. My family and I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great job!
