Enjoy your stay in this 2-bedroom generationally-loved beachfront cottage. The space is cozy with awe-inspiring views of lake, mountain, and forest surroundings. Plenty of spaces to sleep, and a bathroom suite offering privacy in the form of separate functions for multi-guest traffic. It’s vintage feel offers a quaint getaway vibe while modern amenities provide flexibility for work or play. Make exactly the memories you want in a space that suits a variety of needs.
Lush green lawns surround the house with lake access just a few feet from your front deck. The property is situated in a small cove protected from boating traffic which lends itself to safe, private swimming, kayaking and other activities. The dirt road access allows for just a short walk to the adjoining island, where quiet hikes and exploring nature are just moments from your home-away-from-home.
Kayaks, paddles and safety gear available on site for guest use.

Really enjoyed this quaint, cozy and rustic lake house with my family! Visiting from NC for Ironman Maine 70.3 only 25 mins from race and worth the drive! Got in a prerace swim, kayaked and fished from this beautiful lake home. Only 1.5 hours from Acadia Nat'l Park, 30 mins from Belfast (cute town to shop and have an amazing meal from Delvino's).

communication was great. the location was perfect; right on the lake - with lake amenities (kayaks, et).we used this space for sleeping and showering only (no entertaining, no cooking, etc) as we were attending a weekend-long family party at the same lake. I don't have any complaints, but would like others to be aware that this location is *very* rustic, and that is not for everyone.

Comfortable camp with great lake views

We enjoyed our stay at Regina's camp. The cove is perfect for kayaking or canoeing and the house itself is comfortable and welcoming. We also enjoyed walking along the quiet camp road. Although we did not end up bringing our pet, it has a nice big yard that would be great for anyone traveling with their dog.

My family of four loved the cabin. The setting on Sheepscot Pond is gorgeous and it was the Maine Cabin-on-the -lake getaway we were looking for. The comfy and cozy cabin has everything that you need and includes a lot of charm. I highly reccomend that you take advantage of the kayaks, and the host was very helpful to make sure we had life vests for everyone. I also reccomend getting your Maine fishing license and trying your luck with Kayak fishing on the pond. It was a great experience.The location is good for day trips. There are a lot of Maine towns within an hour's drive of the cabin, but be sure to take some time to enjoy the views of Sheepscot. The host was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Delightful but very rustic cabin with a lovely homey feel, located directly on a beautiful swimming lake. We came in July and the water was brisk but perfect for swimming and there was a nice setup of platforms on the lake to swim between.

It is typically a low-traffic, quiet cove with so much to offer yet a tranquility that is unrivaled. The town's proximity to more urban conveniences and tourist attractions is also fabulous- just 20 to thirty minutes in any direction finds one amidst major shopping centers or well-known tourism offerings.
