A Just Wonderful Property for a Family Trip to Sea Grove

We loved this house - felt like our home away from home! Extremely clean, located close to the beach and restaurants, and it was just as advertised! The host took great care of us. Will definitely recommend this property and will look forward to staying here on our next trip to the Panhandle!

Beautiful home! Great location!!!

Hard to find a better location! Beautiful home! Overall, just a great stay! Very close and convenient public beach access and community pool. Appreciated the communication about events happening in the area!

Perfect home

Truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! Loved it! 30a beach girls was amazing. The included bonfire night was beautiful and fun. We took so many family pictures. Communication was easy and the grocery delivery saved my sanity for sure. We can't wait to return next year!!

We will definitely be staying again!

This is truly the perfect 30a vacation property. The house is beautiful and spacious and was absolutely perfect for our family with older kids--all 8 of us! Everything in the house is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again! Also the property manager, Hollie, is amazing and we had a few minor things we needed and she took care of them immediately.

Lovely house, amazing hospitality!

Our family had a really nice time during our stay at 30a beach girls house! My kids enjoyed swimming at the beach and pool, and the house is very conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and not far from Seaside. Hollie and Joy were very helpful and assisted with our needs and gave excellent recommendations. This company is beyond any experience I have had before. We would definitely love to come and stay again at this property and with this group again!

Gorgeous home!

A perfect location for a perfect vacation. The home is very beautiful and clean. Beds all comfortable, the distance to beach perfect. Hollie and Daisy were so nice and accommodating. We attended the bonfire Hollie held and got to meet some of the 30a beach girls, everyone was incredibly nice. Love the texting communication, was always quickly responded to. Will return!!

This property was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It is managed very well with plenty of necessities provided. It was the perfect location for walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. We had a variety of ages with us and there was something for everyone. It was great to have parking spaces right at the house. We hope to return again and have already given the info to some friends who may want to stay there sometime as well.

Restored and Relaxed

Oh Shell Yeah

Oh Shell Yeah is an absolutely perfect place to stay for an amazing beach trip! The house is simply beautiful and very welcoming! It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The decor is fabulous and it's only a super short walk across the road to the beach. The property is located within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and a Hawaiian shave ice place. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed plenty of fun and relaxation. Love this place and will definitely stay again soon.

Unbelievable House, Service, and Stay

This house was absolutely amazing and a GREAT location to the beach. The house is immaculate and we had a great time. Only note would be to grab some spices (salt, pepper, etc), extra paper towels, toilet paper, and some counter cleaner at the beginning of your stay. Other than that, you really can't go wrong. The house is so spacious and we received immediate responses from the 30A Beach Girls team. Thank you

Family friendly house

First, Jada and Hollie were great. Easy to communicate. Very helpful and responsive, was greatly appreciated as this was our first time here The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room and amenities. Very clean very well decorated and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The neighborhood was very nice and friendly neighbors we actually were invited to a barbecue. The bikes and golf cart were so much fun. The bonfire that was included was a blast! We would love to do it again same time next year.

OH Shell Yeah!!

This property was awesome!! The house is a perfect set up for multiple couples with all the king beds. The kids loved the bunk bed room and my chef husband was right at home in the amazing kitchen ! Our group enjoyed the community pool very much and the short walk to the beach (about 5 min with kids in tow) We did rent a golf cart , but did not use it as much as we thought we would. The main road outside the community gets busy and with no parking near the public beach access- it was easier to walk to beach . The house was beautiful and perfect for our 6 adults and 4 small children.

Consider this house for sure!

If you are looking for a very clean , comfortable & spacious home that accommodates many. W/ Bedrooms and common spaces that are very nicely furnished and decorated, where your surroundings are very much like a very comfy warm home. A place where you can let your hair down and relax inside or out, enjoy the pool and provided amenities, a home that is very convenient to the beach, entertainment, nice restaurants ; shopping etc..... you name it your near it? Then this is a place you should consider. 30 a beach girls is super to work with, very accommodating and responsive to questions and requests leading up to our arrival. Our group of 8 was very pleased with the accommodations and will definitely consider staying here again when our travels bring us back to the area.

Best Girls Trip Ever!

The house was everything we wanted it to be and more! My friends and I spent our vacation and it was everything wee needed. We had a few friends visit us on some nights and the house provided the perfect ambiance for what we wanted. Where to start: The back porch is pretty amazing for the evenings! We would stay out there almost every night just talking and having wine while listening to music. The property's proximity to beaches and restaurants was very convenient, the kitchen was put to intense use as we made many meals and it came through with flying colors! Internet was great. The house is top notch, sleeping rooms were excellent. We would stay here again in a heart beat! We spoke several times with 30a beach girls during our stay and he was always easy to reach and helpful to talk with. This was an outstanding property!

Most Incredible 30A Beach Paradise

This Brand NEW home offers everything you could ask for! The location is Superb- in the Heart of everything! Beach access is Fantastic!! Also Plenty of public beach space, unlike many of the public accesses on 30A that have private beaches on either side limiting your beach space. Bike or walk right to the best restaurants-Angelines, Donut Hut, Cafe 30, Perfect Pig, etc! Absolutely Love the modern, clean lines and light airy feel of this 3 story home- gives the exact Beachy feel you dream of! Very spacious so even a big group has space to hang in different areas. The front porch w rocking chairs is sooo relaxing, esp during a little rainshower. And the cozy firepit in backyard ended out perfect days w a perfect night The pool is right across the street! One of my favorite things about this house is the cozy, neighborhood ambiance this hood exudes-we made friends w other neighbors hanging out on their front porches- very safe feeling:) honestly this place has it all! The owners are so sweet and great communication throughout our visit. We had the best week and will definitely be booking again, at least twice every year now!! Thank you!

Beautiful home in Seagrove Beach

My family and I just returned from our trip in 30a. We stayed at the Oh Shell Yeah for 7nights we really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in Seagrove Beach in a very nice neighborhood. We were a short driving distance to Seaside, Grayton, outlet mall, and many restaurants. Beach is about 3 min walk, which was great! The house was immaculate and had every amenity to fit the group's needs. They kitchen was very spacious and allowed people to visit by the counter to chat while others were cooking. The dinner table had Loys of room for everyone and was the main gathering place for eating and games. The living room was so comfy and beautifully decorated. These little thoughtful layouts was very much appreciated! The bedrooms were nicely spaced apart so that we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Many thanks to the housekeeping team! And the the pool... the pool is beautiful and had a great many hours hanging out there. Thank you for providing the beach towels. The garbage disposal was acting up one day I contacted Hollie in the morning and maintenance came by during the afternoon (we were out most of the day at the beach). We really appreciated the prompt response to the maintenance request! We highly recommend 30a beach girls and this home. Treat yourself and book now.

Perfect family spot at 30a beach girls house

Perfect vacation! Amazing stay! Beautiful house, clean and well stocked. Great location. The young adults in our group loved the pool and beach and loved how easy it was to get to the seaside for their shopping fix. :) 30a Beach Girls Hollie and Joy were really responsive to any questions we had. Hope to revisit soon!

Beautiful home near beach

The home is gorgeous, exactly as the pictures show. Well equipped for a larger group. The location is fantastic, walk to the beach and a short golf cart drive to Seaside with lots of activities and easy options for parking! I highly recommend, the home is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous outdoor area and beautiful decor. We loved the included bonfire and working with beach girls who set us up with a pontoon and golf cart. Thank you to Joy, Hollie and Jada!

Can't wait to come back!

30A Beach Girls took such good care of us - from planning to during our stay, each team member was always friendly, helpful, and treated us like family. Our rental was clean and beautifully decorated and had the perfect space for gathering in common areas, which is super important to me! The bedrooms were also spacious and made for the perfect areas to retreat and rest. If the weather had been warmer, I'm sure we would have enjoyed the bikes and golf cart, which were included in our stay as well. All around, top-notch service and accommodations - 30A Beach Girls will be our first choice for property management/rentals when we return to 30A!

AMAZING! ⭐️ PERFECT ⭐️

This place was all that we wanted it to be. Enough space for the 9 of us to get together as a family and enjoy each other's company. Besides the house being immaculate, the managers information and enthusiasm on everything around the house, area and beach made navigating this vacation a breeze; if only every place I stayed took this much care. We have plans for using this property again! I will also mention the information we received from Hollie, Joy and Tye was above par. Let's call it a home run! They gave us updates throughout about the weather, tide and even recommendations for dining and sight seeing. All 3 of these girls are very well organized and this organization/hospitality has paid off in dividends. Make sure you book their bonfire. Memories that will last forever. An amazing stay for our family. The only thing missing, was more TIME!!!

Luxurious, Beach Retreat

We were lucky enough to stay in this very high end, brand new home. The king sized beds are so comfortable, and the decorating is exceptional. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, with such a short walk to the beach. There is so much privacy with the layout of this home with plenty of room for your family. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and barbecuing on the patio. The location was ideal to so many great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed having cocktails on the balcony upstairs and the home was spotless!! We can't wait for our next visit to Oh Shell Yea!
