Dear R - Hello and thank you for your review of Sunny Days. We are so glad you enjoyed your experience. Sunny Days is a great Seagrove location with an incredible covered back porch for watching the family enjoy the pool or having a outside cookout. Being in Seagrove puts you in the middle of 30A, near all the great sights, shops and restaurants of Seaside and Rosemary. The house is even better, with wonderful new furniture and bedding. Sunny Day is a local favorite and we are very much looking forward to seeing you again.

Marita, we are so happy to hear you had a nice stay at Sunny Day and hope to welcome you back soon!

Dear Mr.M- Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Sunny Day is the perfect house in the perfect location for a family trip to the beach. It is a nice change to be able to leave the car keys behind and be able to walk or bike to the wonderful beaches, shops, and restaurants in the area. Just being able to relax on that back desk, while watching the family swim in the pool, and dinner cooks on the grill, is why so many of us come to the beach. I see you could tell how much effort our owner puts in to keeping his house in tip top shape. That is why we were all so disappointed when the problems popped up with the appliances. The owners take pride in providing only the best appliances for their guest. The downside is, when we do have an occasional issue, the specialty repair parts take some time to come in. We are sorry that the "rushed" order did not arrive before your departure. We at Royal work very hard to make sure our guest have the best vacation possible. We look forward to your next visit which will be better yet!

We take pride in our homes, guest communication, and guest experience and are delighted to hear that your expectations have been met. Come back soon!
