Very clean, so quiet in the neighborhood at night-only noise was the upstairs neighbor that seems to get ready for work at 5:00am. Well stocked, up to date decor, 4 minutes to sunset island beach, within minutes to everything but when you are at the condo it feels away from all the noise and traffic. Beautiful community. We aren’t golf fans but backing the golf course gave more privacy. Would stay again for sure.

We were in town for a wedding and this unit was great! Very clean and worked out perfectly for us. The community is very nice and we enjoyed having our early morning coffee in the screened in balcony.

Imagine that you have an aunt who has a beach house that she allowed you to stay at for the weekend... This place was just like that! It was cozy, comfy, clean and amazing. It had everything that you can think you might need on a weekend away. We truly loved this rental and will absolutely book it again.

Clean unit with dated furnishings. Nice views!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The unit is a bit dated if that is the sort of thing that bothers you. It has a late 80’s early 90’s feel about it, but again it was very clean and functional. There were very nice golf course views.
