Welcome to Seashell Suites 2. This stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex sleeps up to 8 guests. Situated in Fort Myers Beach and just steps from Dakota Beach Access. This cozy retreat offers a bright living space, comfortable seating arrangements, and an outdoor shower for easy Beach side living.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a hassle free stay, all stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a table with seating for two, and a spacious island with seating for five.

Living Room
The living room features a couch with sofa bed, two recliners, flat screen TV, and Access onto the balcony.

Master
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a closet. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed with a twin trundle..

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Outside
Outside on the balcony, you will find a table with seating for four and a gas grill. Take advantage of the outdoor shower after a long day on the beach!

**Please note that the deck and grill are shared by the other unit of the duplex.

Neighborhood Description
This duplex is located on the historic Estero Island in Fort Myers. It is located 18 miles from Downtown Fort Myers and the famous Sanibel Island. Take advantage of the fee Estero Blvd trolley down to Time Square!


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
