Beach Bungalow 2B/2B Private Pool/Spa, North End, Newly Renovated

PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to rent this for a party, then this unit is NOT for you. This is NOT a party house. No house parties of any sort. You cannot invite friends and family over to use the pool unless unit and you have permission. It is for the amount of guests on the reservation. You must be 30 yo. If you feel there is an exception, please contact me. FMB is strictly enforcing this and I have been warned if it happens again, I will be fined $500 an hour until it is resolved. You will be asked to leave without refund. Sadly I have to post this. Now, there is a ring secuirty camera on the front door and camera in the back yard.

This is a charming quaint single-family little beach bungalow 2B/2B (not sure why it states 1 bath in places?) home located on the north end of FMB sleeps 6 adults in beds. 2 Adults on Queen sleeper sofa. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15/20 minute walk to times square and the pier restaurants and bars on the way. Everything has been renovated from floor to ceiling.
There is a fenced-in very large outdoor living area with a private heated pool and hot tub. There is a charcoal BBQ out back.

There are two bedrooms and TWO bathrooms.. One bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have 55" Smart TVs. The living room and kitchen open up to the pool with a full view from these areas.

There are TWO bathrooms and both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

The patio/deck by the pool is covered for outdoor dining. Chairs for the beach, a cooler, a beach wagon, and beach towels are provided.
