The house was nice and clean. Communication was great with the homeowner. We loved how they had the necessary supplies there, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dish soap. Would recommend!

The house was exceptional, very clean and had all of the amenities. It was listed in Germantown and our expectation was it would have been walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping in Germantown, the location required us to uber/lyft to those locations. We did not have any problems with the neighbors, however the neighborhood was somewhat run down.

This house has everything you could basically think of having. The television in the living room is like a 19” where as the main bedroom had a very large TV. Also the main bedroom needs curtains. The windows are up high but we didn’t get one morning to sleep in a little l longer. There is a loft upstairs which we didn’t know about; two young guys came in later the first night and we thought they were up to no good but turns out they were renter’s like us
I love listening to music on vinyl - everything from reggae to rock, opera, country and 80's...... the greatest era ever! I love travelling, reading and hanging out with my beautiful wife and 3 kids.
As a host, there is nothing more exhilarating than sharing a guest experience, starting with the first question through to reading an incredible review that confirms we exceeded expectations! I take the knowledge and responsibility that for many, our property is part of your very first Nashville experience, extremely seriously!
