This 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo offers beachfront living at an unbelievable price. All furnishings are brand new (as of Jan 2013) which makes this condo even more desirable.

This is a true beachfront condo as you can see from the deck pictures (Be aware of those advertising beachfront and they are only a beach view or not even a beach view at all). Very close to the Gulf (about as close as you can get), so the sounds of the surf are amazing. You are about as close to the beach as you can get (NOT overlooking other buildings, pools or acreage).

Located on the 8th floor of the Inverness, this PRIVATELY OWNED condo offers some of the best views on the entire island. Awesome beach/Gulf views from the east and amazing Island/Bay views from the west. You can see sunrises over the Gulf in the morning and sunsets over the bay in the evening

NO SPRING BREAKERS: A rental contract is required. If you are found to be in violation of the rental contract, you will be asked to leave with no refunds given.

ONLINE BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ!!!! On-line bookings are welcome. Most of my bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. If booking on-line for a Saturday to Saturday weekly booking please proceed as directed. If you are looking for a shorter term rental, please ask for quote before booking. I typically only accept weekly bookings during the summer weeks and some higher demand off-season weeks, so please request quotes for shorter term bookings (6 days same price as 7 because weekly rates are AWESOME!!!!). I also accept bookings direct the old fashioned way.

Living room: New queen size sleeper sofa, new loveseat, two new end tables and coffee table. New 42' wall mounted TV and new DVD player.

Dining room: New dining room table with 6 chairs. New bar height chairs.

Kitchen: New Refrigerator, stove, micro-hood and dishwasher in 2014. New pots, pans, tableware, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Kitchen is very well equipped with most everything you will need. Tiled counter tops and raised height snack bar extensions. New ceiling and can lights in 2013.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature brand new furniture including queen size beds with new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses (firm), new end tables, new dresser and new 32' wall hung TV's.

Bathrooms: Main Bathroom COMPLETELY remodeled in 2014. New tiled floor shower with glass doors. New tiled floors, new toilet and vanity. New toilet and new vanity with marble top in master bathroom. Fiberglass bathtub and shower in the master bedroom.

Deck: 24' long deck with amazing views. Very private. 4 new bar height chairs and pub table and 2 new standard height chairs (Note, this is nice beach furniture, not the flimsy plastic stuff).

Miscellaneous items: All new wall art, new accent rugs and all new painted rooms.

Swimming pool, hot tub and laundry facilitates on site.

NO SPRING BREAKERS (Rental Contract Required. If you are found to be a spring breaker, you will be in breach of contract and will be removed from the property with no refund). Families on Spring Break welcome.

Inverness 805 STR number is 2015-035103. Do not rent any property on the island that does not list the South Padre Island City Council Short Term Rental (STR) permit number (Ordinance No. 15-03) also called the HOT permit number. According to the ordinance, this permit number must be stated on all rental advertisements for said property. With this number, you can verify that the property you are renting is a valid rental and that taxes are being paid.

Why owner/property manager chose Gulf Coast

Beachfront, Beachfront, Beachfront. Amazing views of the Gulf from the deck and within the condo as well. You can literally throw a stone from the deck to the beach. You can also over look the island, the bay and causeway from the east (most condos don't offer this view).

This is the type of condo we always looked for when vacationing ourselves. 1st priority was always being on the beach. Not beach view, but on the beach. With this condo, we can be on the deck, relax to the sounds of the surf and take in the sights of the Gulf and miles and miles of beach.

What makes this condo unique

When shopping for a vacation rental, I like you, look for a great deal. We've tried to price this condo very competitively. I see many beachfront and non-beachfront units for more. This next part is somewhat difficult to convey: Price is important, but it's not everything. Most of us (me included) look for the lowest price. But that's not always the best value. To save $50, $100 or whatever amount on a weekly rental and have something that you'll be disappointed in is not worth it. Ask a lot of questions when picking out a place. The pictures in the different listings don't tell the whole story. Big details like the condition of the condo or cleanliness don't show in the pictures. Small details like silverware, wall art, furniture, TV's don't show up either. Many condos are often equipped with the old items that aren't being used at the owners main house anymore so they furnish the condo with them. NOT THIS ONE. We have personally spent hours and hours of hard work painting, fixing, replacing/remodeling and furnishing this condo with nice items, not left overs or garage sale stuff. This is a great condo with a great value!!! We hope you choose our condo when visiting the island.

Great unit with an amazing view!

The property is just finishing up some construction, so there were a few constraints, but the finiche product is going to be wonderful.

Thank you Brent and Bev for the use of your beautiful condo.Everything was exactly as published.It was so tastfully decoratedand very clean.The view was to die for and we really hated to leave.The beach was also very clean and so close to the condo,just walk out the building and your there!Also wanted to say that the people living in this complex were so very friendly and helpful.Sure wish we could visit the same unit,it was that good.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay here. The condo is well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and the views from the balcony are fantastic! This was our 5th trip to South Padre Island and our 3rd stay at the Inverness. This was, by far, the best condo we've stayed in. We highly recommend it!

Amazing

This condo was amazing it was our first time to the ocean and this was perfect we had an amazing time and the condo has everything you need the views are amazing we sat out on the deck every morning and watched the sun come up the owners made everything really easy . We ate at pier 19 every evening we loved it .thank you so much for an amazing vacation in your condo

Well kept condo, great location

This location is well maintained and everything was in very good condition. The dishwasher was broke the week we were there, but these things happen. Appliances were all newer models and everything else was in good condition. There really are not too many bad locations on the beach, but this location is pretty well in the heart of things. The owner is very easy to deal with and communicates things well. The building itself is older, but generally kept up well. There is a pool there that our kids really enjoyed. I would definitely stay there again.

Better than usual Inverness property with superb location.

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this property. Having previously owned a timeshare at Inverness, we know its great balconies and location on the island. The couple who own this have made it much more comfortable and livable than the typical Inverness property.

The kitchen is exceptionally well supplied, lots of extra plates, cups, etc. No need to run the dishwasher daily. The beds and living room furniture are quite comfortable.

The large balcony has lots of comfortable furniture, with chairs and barstools both. The beach views give you a place to watch family fun and such beach activities as kiteboarding and wind surfing.

The island has many good places to eat, and you can catch the Wave right in front of Inverness if you're without a car. Several places in walking distance, esp. WannaWanna.
