Je viens d'acheter et de meubler tous les nouveaux articles. Ce 900 pieds carrés 1 chambre avec lit KING PLUS bureau séparé / 2e BR convertible avec lit simple. 1 et 1/2 bains au 18e étage (dernier étage avec terrasse!)
Nouveaux appareils, y compris lave-vaisselle en acier inoxydable, combo laveuse / sécheuse, réfrigérateur côte à côte et A / C portable. Le bureau a une imprimante / un scanner. Internet et téléphone haute vitesse. Unités Amazon Echo Alexa et Dot dans toutes les pièces pour la musique, l'information / tout!

Amazing Stay!

The property is amazing as is the view. It's located in an area where you can easily access restaurants, bars, shops, etc... Wonderful security, pool, restaurant and bar as well inside the property building. Allen is a gracious and helpful host who assisted me promptly with any questions I had. I cannot recommend this property enough to folks looking to enjoy the best of Medellin!

Beautiful stay in Medellin

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was such a wonderful location. Beautiful balcony view, convenient walks to restaurants and stores, and very safe location. There was a cleaning fee that wasn’t on the listing originally that we were asked to pay for, but the host was very accommodating and waived the fee. Host was overall very responsive to questions and concerns. Definitely recommend

Actual stay delivers as advertised. Perfect location; I had access easy to everything in El Poblado and the surrounding area. Allen (host) is very responsive and helpful and he he actually came to the building from out of town within an hour to assist with an issue with the lock on the front door.

Perfect rental with the best amenities for the room and building

Awesoem experience. Great atmosphere and food. The attention the building management have is top notch. The best room I have stayed in medellin and super safe. Gated parking, armed guards that validates guest identification. So no random people walking around that shouldn’t be there

Perfect Stay in Medellin! Second Time at this Property!

I cannot say enough great things about this property! Perfect location, great staff and security, wonderful food and cocktails in the restaurant downstairs. If you have any reservations about visiting Medellin, simply put DON'T! The city is marvelous along with the people. Also, with regards to this particular property, it's my second time staying here which is proof of its excellence. I was also super happy with the owner's, Allen, quick response time to any questions I had and his overall helpful demeanor. Thanks Allen and to all the folks at this building that made my stay amazing! -Colby

Awesome!!!

Allen was a great host and probably one of the kindest people I’ve met. Communication was great and his place was modern, comfortable and well appointed! We had a wonderful stay. It had everything we needed, awesome kitchen appliances and amenities, the unit was well equipped with ample bedding and towels. It had an in-suite washer & dryer. It had beautiful view of the mountain with the fresh mountain breeze. Spacious and Expansive balcony with comfortable ample seating. The lobby and grounds were well maintained. It was literally 2 minutes from the center where we attended. And minutes away from shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The check-in process was seamless, and any guest would be lucky to book this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there will stay there again.

New appliances including Stainless Steel dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, side by side fridge & portable A/C. Office has printer/scanner. High speed internet & telephone. Amazon Echo Alexa and Dot units in all rooms for music, information/anything!
Energy Living is the most iconic, expensive and coolest building in all of Medellin!
