This is a gulf front townhouse directly on the beach on East end of Thomas drive area near St. Andrew's State Park. Enjoy the beaches without the hassle. Park at your front door and step off the back deck onto the world's most beautiful beaches.

Central air conditioner , 40 inch lcd tv, queen mattresses in guest room, fridge, microwave, bed linens, ceiling fans, end unit.

PET: A dog is allowed and must weigh 20 lbs or less, shots and flea treatments must be current. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches, furniture, beds or bedding. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside. Must be pre-approved at time of reservation. Be sure to include pet information at time of inquiry. No other pets are allowed.

Townhouse is located at 5135 gulf drive, conveniently located near st. Andrew's state park, schooner's, capt. Anderson's, boat yard, Scampy's, Montego bay seafood house, treasure ship, winn-dixie, public, treasure island marina and many other local favorites for shopping, dining, activities and entertainment.

The living room is tiled and looks out over the beaches. There is a deck leading out to the beach. The decor is done in a contemporary cottage flair with a nautical accents.

Full kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Kitchen overlooks great room. The master bedroom overlooks the beaches and has a covered balcony.

Dog must weigh 20 lbs or less, shots and flea treatments must be current. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches, furniture, beds or bedding. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside.

Must be 25 years of age to rent.

Location was awesome!!

We enjoyed our stay in PCB immensely. The location of the townhome was perfect! Away from all the hustle and bustle, very quiet for this time of year. The view and being directly on the beach was what we paid for. The linens, beddings and towels were very clean and smelled great. The unit was spotless! The one thing was the unit itself. Needed many repairs, structurally. The balcony upstairs was unsafe, the floor was soft in spots. The back porch furniture was rusty and needed to be replaced and the cabinets in the kitchen were clean but extremely worn. My husband does construction, so a lot of “repairs” were noticed. Would recommend the unit for its location and it’s cleanlines. But keep an open mind for cracks, hard to open doors, loose boards and updating.

Snowbird getaway

I have been coming here for several years and hope to continue. The view is my favorite part of the whole stay. If there are any issues David is right there to help solve them. If ya dont feel like cooking theres restaurants in walking distance. Its my home away from home. No snow just white sands.

Perfect! Everything we needed!

We stayed at the 5135 end unit and could not have been more happier! Loved the location right on the beach. Schooners was on the other end and was not an issue. We had plenty of beach space. The unit had everything we needed from a pizza cutter to wine opener. You will need to provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and beach towels, etc. We broke the baby gate so I left a new one in its place. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and plenty of beach toys left from other guest. We contributed a second small umbrella, some pool noodles and floats.

The location is only a few minutes from the busiest area of Panama City Beach. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix within a couple of miles. You are right near St. Andrews State Park and you must spend a day at the Jetty's.

The only negative I have is that the pet fee was $200. That was $100 per dog, so I opted to leave my dogs at home. I think that is a little steep considering the cost of the unit. But in the end I paid a pet sitter less than the pet fee and I got to sleep in every day. Also, there is not really much areas to walk the dogs. The pavement was hot and there are sand spurs in some of the grassy areas. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches. So I would recommend leaving the pets at home. We always travel with our dogs and this is the first time I have left them.

This place has become our beach home away from home. This was our 2nd year staying in this townhome and we will return next year. David is absolutely great to work with and tries every way possible to accommodate. We love being able to park at the front door, walk through the unit and out the back door onto the beach. Actually met some of the neighboring owners this year who are so nice and friendly. This place is great!
