Cette propriété offre un balcon de 1000 pieds carrés qui est privé à cette unité, il s'agit d'un condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain face à l'océan dans la pyramide l'unité de condo est d'environ 1200 pieds carrés, plus le balcon. La pyramide est un magnifique bùtiment en front de mer bien construit et unique bien entretenu. Il est situé sur la rue 95e, directement sur la plage, la plage est privée pour les personnes séjournant à la pyramide, mais encore Ocean City lifeguarded. Donc, la plage est pas trop bondé.
Le condo lui-mĂȘme a un dĂ©cor haut de gamme, tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat dans les deux chambres et un 55 "dans le salon. Mobilier confortable, la cuisine a de nouveaux appareils et ustensiles de cuisine. Le balcon est amĂ©nagĂ© avec une table Ă  manger, des chaises longues et un grand espace de conversation avec des siĂšges confortables. La nuit, il y a des arbres et des lumiĂšres pour crĂ©er cette atmosphĂšre relaxante.

Condo was gorgeous and clean. The view from the balcony in both directions was stunning! Communicating with Debbie was very easy and she answered all my questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again soon.

The balcony view was amazing with direct views of the ocean and views of the bay as well. The condo was comfortable with two conversation nooks. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions about the property.

Ladies trip

Upon arrival The door code provided didn’t work. We tried several times and then decided to key in the address, which immediately opened the lock. I phoned the owner and she immediately said that was impossible. Throughout our stay, we continued to fluctuate from the given code - the address, which worked intermittently and there was an actual key for a bedroom door. The key entry door handle must have been the problem because it was very loosely bolted into the door plate. The deck is spacious , but housekeeping needs to step it up. When I repositioned a lounger the debris along the wall was disgusting! Looks like Spring cleanup never happened ! The oven had a very dirty pan left inside, so we cleaned it ourselves. The rope lighting worked, but no other outside lights did with the clicker remote . I’m disappointed that the owners son was obnoxious and rude, but I take people with a grain of salt and whenever I spoke with Debi (owner) she was pleasant. I’ve been visiting OC for 20 years and will continue to. I won’t be renting from this owner again unfortunately though.

Spectacular, spacious condo!

This property was exceptional in every way for us! The large private balcony with beautiful furnishings is so welcoming, giving us ocean and bay views. The unit had everything we needed. Love the beach decor and wall paintings! Expansive ocean view from almost every room. Great communication with the host. We look forward to returning!

The balcony is to die for with beautiful ocean views any time of the day. The pictures of the place are TRUE. The check in and out was easy and the building is well maintained and the front desk was friendly. We will stay there again if we have more business in OC.

We have stayed at many places in OC over the years and this was the best! Condo was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed. The huge balcony was amazing! Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful stay!

Great location, easy to check in, quick responses from property owner. Wish that we would have been notified ahead of time that only 1 vehicle is guaranteed to park in the parking lot. We checked back multiple times to see if there were openings and there were not; however, there were many open spots at all times throughout the whole weekend. Besides the parking, we had a wonderful stay and an amazing weekend! We highly recommend!

Mother's Day Getaway

Amazing condominium for a quick getaway -- it's actually our second time renting this space! We picked this condo because of its spacious layout; but more so, for its expansive wraparound balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days, with a book in hand, watching out over the ocean, as well as playing cornhole on the balcony during nice weather. Fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer are an added bonus. Overall, it's a great condo located near shops, restaurants, and just a quick drive up to Delaware hot spots. If you're thinking of booking a condo, you won't be disappointed.

Great Potential for a Gathering

While there is a bit of a Greek theme (IMO) to the decor, it’s pleasant and functional. It could use an indoor dining table. The balcony is fantastic. With chaises, large dining table, couch and a small high top table, there is a lot of room to entertain.

Great place, location, very clean!

This condo was just as listed. Very clean. Loved the large balcony even though it rained one day. View is awesome! Communicated with owner and always very responsive. Only thing and no biggy is no toilet paper refills so we just grabbed some. I think I may have read that and just forgot. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing balcony

This is our second year staying at this property. The balcony was the biggest and best part of our stay. Great views of the beach and bay and sunset every night. Great location and access to the beach. Very relaxing and fun weekend.

My husband and I live in a small town in Pennsylvania, our son was ready to leave the house so we decided we needed a new adventure in life, since most of our vacations were spent at the beach we thought owning a beach property would be a great way to do something different and it would take up some of the loneliness of our son leaving home. Also besides my real job of advertising sales, my second hobby is interior design, thats how it all began, and the funny part of the story is our son who hated the beach growing up, decided to move to Ocean City and help manage the properties. so its turned into a family adventure! Our goal as beach property owners is to ensure our guests a clean and up to date property so their vacation is enjoyable and they come back year after year.

We looked at every high rise in the town of OC, but we decided the Pyramid had a timeless design and the solid construction made it a stand out in our eyes, compared to other buildings the Pyramid offers direct ocean front units, that are private, it has a beautiful ocean front pool, its well maintained and 12 years later I'm happy we chose to buy at the Pyramid.
Because the building is shaped like a Pyramid every so many floors it creates a 1000 sq ft balcony, this is an awesome space, we are fortunate enough to get this 2 bedroom/2 bath south side unit its the best of the best!!

The direct ocean front views, and the solid wall between units makes staying at the building a very private experience. The pool is very pretty and offers sun or shade.
