This home features a private, heated and cooled swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating/cooling is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder Winter months or hotter Summer months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions. The pool DOES NOT have a safety fence, therefore use of our property and pool are at your own risk. There is a floatation ring pool side for emergency use only, but we do not provide any recreational floatation devices. We highly recommend that ALL guests in your party know how to swim. We also encourage guests to use the *Water Watchers* safety protocol so a designated adult is supervising swimmers at all times.

ψ HOT TUB ψ
The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask that you follow our guide book instructions on hot tub use and care. We also request the cover be closed and latched when not in use. We get strong winds that easily blow the lid off. Please treat our hot tub as if it were your own.

ψ NO PETS ALLOWED ψ
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

ψ NO-SMOKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ON PROPERTY ψ
Please refrain from smoking anything on the property or use of illegal substances. Any smoking evidence or use of illegal substances will result in a fee for odor/substance removal and furniture cleaning.

ψ SECURITY CAMERAS ψ
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras/flood lights are positioned to monitor the side access gates and fence lines for security purposes.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Pool and hot tub maintenance occur weekly with groundskeepers/landscapers as needed. We will do our best to let guests know if there will be maintenance personnel visiting during their stay.

While we do our best to keep the bugs at bay with monthly professional pest control, nature still has the potential to pop in and say hello. Although it's unlikely, you may encounter the occasional insect, critter, or curious desert dweller (please leave doors closed).

Welcome to the desert retreat life! While the sun outside can be fierce, rest assured our cooling system is doing its best to keep things chill indoors.
To help maintain a comfortable temperature and protect our hardworking AC units, we’ve set some gentle limits on thermostat adjustments. Don’t worry — it’s programmed to stay within a cool and comfy range, even on the hottest days.

To abide by local legal requirements, you will be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. Best place to stay for any celebration or vacation!

We had never been to AZ before and had family travel from the east coast to come stay for a mini-cation, this home was the most amazing place to stay! We had so much fun with all of the activities and the pool outside, we are already trying to plan a trip back! Such a home-y vibe and the owners were so communicative and helpful, would rate more than 5 stars if i could

It was perfect!

The house was a perfect set up for our family time together. We had age ranges from 2 to 85 and we had a blast. Something for everyone to have fun on property and it's convenient to many things. We will come back for sure!

Great Place for a Family Vacation

We rented the house for a 10 day vacation with our kids and grandkids, 8 adults and a 7 and 4 year old. Everything about the place was perfect. Very well stocked with everything we needed, lots of space. Pool and hot tub were a hit as well as the game room. Plenty of places to sit outside. Firepit was nice too. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if visiting the Phoenix area.

Nice Home But Property Manager Was Frustrating

The house and everything was fine but the property managers acted like we burned their house to the ground because we did not do laundry or take out the trash before we left. It seems like they expected us to have a house cleaner in before we even left. Place was nice but property manager was very frustrating and was asking us for hundreds of more dollars for “extra” cleaning fees.

Our neighborhood is safe, quiet and well kept with awesome neighbors. Our property backs up to a community walking path that not only creates a barrier between neighbors, but it's also accessible at the end of the street for those who love to get a little exercise while on vacation! We have 2 great parks (Desert Breeze Park and Mountain View Park) within walking distance that include basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, tennis courts, a pond and even a train ride for a fee!
