Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Six individually themed bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across ten beds. The King Triton Suite on the first floor features a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite is nearby with a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite has two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite offers two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite includes its own bathroom, a king bed, and a 55-inch smart TV, and the Moana Suite rounds out the layout with one queen bed, one full bed, and a 50-inch smart TV. Shared living areas include a 50-inch smart TV in the living room and a 65-inch smart TV anchoring the family room.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa sit at the heart of outdoor life here. Both can be heated for an additional fee, keeping them usable year-round. A covered patio, propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers create a natural rhythm between cooking, eating, and unwinding. A private backyard provides extra open space, and resort access brings additional community amenities within easy reach - including a pool, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, and more.

Kitchen and dining
The fully stocked kitchen handles real meal prep for a crowd. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, wine glasses, baking sheet, mini fridge, and full cooking basics. A BBQ grill and dining table bring everyone together for meals, and breakfast provisions are also available.

Entertainment and recreation
The air-conditioned game room is loaded with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life size games, board games, and a smart TV. A Bluetooth sound system, game console, and TV with standard cable keep things going throughout the home. Themed rooms add personality to every corner of the villa. Families with young children are well covered - a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, baby safety gates, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground are all in place.

Comfort and essentials
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable in any season. The washer, dryer, room-darkening shades, iron, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage make longer stays easy - long-term bookings are welcome. A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi support remote work needs, and an Ethernet connection is also available.

Arrival and safety
Self check-in is handled through a smart lock for a smooth, flexible arrival. The home has exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property, smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Pets are welcome. Lake access is available on the property, and a private entrance ensures a seamless arrival. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
