Pleasant experience!

Great location. Check in was super quick and easy. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Everything we needed was provided (minus what was listed we needed to bring).. It was myself and 4 kids. Everything was great and what we had expected.

Exactly as Described

Great place. Nice, quiet location. Perfect spot to see the eclipse from the deck. Some reviews said it wasn’t clean, but it was clean when we arrived. Everything functioned. We had no problems at all. If we were going back to PIB, we rent there again.

Fun place

Nice family cabin. The cabin had everything we needed. We went to the island club to get golf cart. They said they were sold out and people reserve these year inadvance. So if you are looking to get around Put in Bay in a golf cart . I would book online.

We have a good time with family. The house is outdated which really it does not bother me but it needs to be cleaned. The deck was dirty and the grill also. The grill is too small for at lest 8 people. We grilled in the house other family members were staying.

PIB retro decor clean and awesome location across from pool

Owner is very friendly and the process was easy. We enjoyed the patio pool beds and location. Everyone in the community were very nice and friendly. I only wished the kitchen had big bowls and a cookie sheet and wished the living-room had rugs and games for rainy days. Other than that I would rent this location again.

Wonderful host with perfect location for families/groups

The hosts were very responsive and made the check in/check out process really smooth. This location makes you feel safe and is perfect for families. We went as family with kids. However the property is a bit old and the shower space was too small in one of the baths. Otherwise we had a great time!

Excellent Vacation Rental at a Value Price

We were very impressed with the vacation rental. All the amenities of home and then some. Very spacious 3 bedroom home with ample room for our party of 7. Great location in complex with rental being right across from pool. Great communication with owner. Would highly recommend. Will definitely rent again!!! Thank you for opening your home to us

Great location close to the pool

The location of the property was excellent and we made great use of the deck and grill. Unfortunately the property inside was a little dated and requires modernising. The cleanliness was also an issue. Debris under the beds and dead flies on curtains. You do not expect this when paying a cleaning fee. My family made the best of what we had and a great experience in Put-in-Bay was enjoyed by all

Perfect location in front of the pool. Plenty of space. Has dishes and utensils including washer/dryer toaster and coffee maker. Decor is outdated and drains need cleaned. We WOULD rent here again!

Plenty of space for our group

Enjoyed the island club and location next to the pool. The deck was big and the cabin had enough space for our group. The AC broke prior to our arrival, but the owner let us know ahead of time and gave a couple options to remedy the situation. Our only complaint was the kitchen was not as stocked as I would have hoped it to be. With this being said, I would be happy to stay here again.

Great rental and location!

Seven of us stayed at this location for a Bachelor party and it was very spacious which was great for the group when it came to sleeping. The indoors offered a great place to play poker and mingle, while the backyard had limited space to play yard games. The front deck was great for grilling and sharing some drinks and our spot was right across from the Island pool which was a nice bonus. The two full baths was also great for showering. The only drawback was the fact the air conditioner went our first day there and was unable to get fixed. However, the owner offered us a partial refund for that which was great. Overall a great spot to stay for three nights for the group!

It was unfortunate that the A/C went out on the Renters. It was also unexpected as we had the A/C units cleaned and checked in the spring to avoid "surprises" such as this. The A/C repair company came out on Friday and assessed that we needed a new furnace and A/C unit, but could not schedule it for a week or so. The renters were very understanding that there was nothing that we could do for that immediate weekend. A brand new furnace and A/C unit were installed on July 5. As mentioned, we did give a partial reimbursement and if they visit us again next year, we will make an adjustment in their rental rate. The unit was left in very good condition after their visit.
