Modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment, completely renovated just recently in 2013, right by the sea, with a panoramic sea view from the private, sunny balcony and with an outdoor shower and grill area in the shared, enclosed garden. This spacious 70m² holiday apartment is literally right by the sea, in the picturesque little coastal village of Pirovac on the sunny Dalmatian coast between Zadar and Sibenik, providing ideal accommodation for a relaxing seaside holiday, far away from tourist noise. The holiday apartment with ample daylight is on the first floor of the two-storey residential house from the year 1980, which hosts two holiday apartments. It was completely renovated just recently in 2013 and therefore provides modern fittings, including air conditioning (cooling and heating). It is accessed up outdoor stairs, with the separate entrance ensuring privacy. Your apartment consists of a living-/dining area with integrated, open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a separate sleeping space next to the kitchen, a dressing room and two daylight bathrooms. The living area provides an LCD flatscreen TV mounted to the wall, stereo system, and a dining table with six chairs. Next to it there is the built-in kitchen with the latest appliances, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and mixer. A cast-iron fireplace stove exudes an atmosphere of well-being and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm and TV with cable channels mounted to the wall, while the second has a pull-out bed for two adults (two slepping spaces measuring 90 x 200 cm each). The sleeping area, divided from the kitchen by a wall, has a sofa bed (80 cm x 200 cm) for a further adult. The dressing room with a walk-in wall cupboard provides ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of the two bathrooms has a bath with a shower attachment and a washing machine, the other has a shower cubicle, and both provide a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in your apartment can be used free of charge. The kitchen opens onto your private sunny balcony, furnished with a wooden table and chairs, as well as parasols. You can enjoy breakfast here at sunrise or end a long day on the beach with a glass of Dalmatian wine at sunset. The grill area down in the green garden, which you share with the holiday makers staying in the downstairs apartment, invites you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. If you arrive by car then you can use the secure parking space right in front of the house. The owner awaits you on arrival, to ensure that you find everything as it should be. He lives nearby and is happy to assist with any queries during your stay. Bordering the garden directly, just a few steps from the apartment, there is a long pebbled beach. You can hire boats just down the beach. It is only about 500 metres to the centre of Pirovac with its romantic harbour, shops and a good selection of cafés and restaurants.
