Renovated in 2025, this Gorgeous and Extremely Comfortable Lake Home with a beautiful 2025 built Pool and Spa has been a guest favorite, not only because of it's style and comfort, but also because of the great all around experience our guests receive. A separate indoor living area on each of the 3 floors, each with sofas and TV, and a play area for the kiddos with toys and books, ensures that everyone has the space they need to spread out after a long day on the lake or at the pool.

And remember, friends don’t let friends and family sleep on couches, cots, or cheap thin hide-a-bed mattresses, so do the right thing and choose a home with great sleeping accommodations for everyone! In this home, everyone sleeps like royalty! This house boasts of 4 bedrooms, each with the most comfortable and cozy king beds (we literally get asked by guests all the time for information on where to find the mattresses so they can bring the same comfort back to their own homes) layered bedding, plus a bunk room consisting of chic built in bunk beds including 2 Cal King beds on the bottom and 2 twins with equally comfortable mattresses on top, perfect for families, kids, or just all your besties for a fun grown up sleepover! Each bedroom and bunk room has a lake view! There are 4 full bathrooms in the home.

The newly remodeled kitchen is very well appointed! A large family of 14 plus a few extra guests, can comfortably sit together for a meal between the dining area that seats 6, eating bar that seats 4, and the large kitchen nook table with cushioned built in seating for 6 - 8. You and your guests will have tons of space to spread out and relax while indoors with your choice of 3 separate spacious living areas to hang out in.

Main Floor, open concept living, tons of windows with beautiful sun set views and / or gorgeous lake views from every window. 2 slider doors to take you to the fantastic new deck overlooking the lake and pool.

Kitchen- Newly renovated with gorgeous quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, well stocked with ample indoor and outdoor kitchenware, tons of kitchen appliances, massive kitchen nook oval pedestal table with built in cushioned bench seating for up to 8 people, and island seating for 4

Living room - Large beautiful wood burning fireplace, 60” TV with Sonos surround sound, 2 large comfy couches, 2 swivel chairs

Master Bedroom with en suite - Comfortable and Stylish King bed with plush designer layered bedding and large tv. This room has French doors that lead to the new deck, outdoor dining and BBQ, and also an amazing lake view! Large en suite with walk-in closet has been completely renovated. You will feel pampered by the rain shower feature in this chic new space and large stand-alone tub.

Top Floor: Loft / Bunk Room

Built-in Bunk Beds with 2 California King Beds on bottom and 2 Twin Beds on top. Each bed is equipped with cubbies containing outlets to charge your devices and individual reading lights for each guest.

Lounge area- on the opposite side of the loft is a cozy lounge area perfect for kids, with 2 bean bag chairs, and bean bag couch, a deep cushioned window seat, tv, and children’s games, books and toys.

Bathroom- Spacious with beautiful new shower, toilet and vanity.

Basement / Ground Level / Poolside:

Basement Bedroom - Spacious private Bedroom with lake view and very comfortable California King bed with lush, layered bedding, bench at foot of bed, full length wood mirror, and desk with chair. Private door to pool and lake.

Bathroom- with shower/tub combo. Doors open to bedroom and hallway for multi access use.

Basement Lounge- Amazing lake and pool view, large comfy sectional, 2 designer leather chairs, console table equipped with games, HP printer, and office supplies for your convenience, so when you need to do a little work on your vacation, we’ve got you covered with your basic office amenities. Large TV with Sonos surround sound, and shuffleboard table, this room is fun and cozy. The basement lounge French doors are your entrance to all of the outdoor fun, as the pool, spa, fire pit, and lake lay right out these doors!

Outdoor area- You will love the brand new huge, gorgeous pool and spa, and brand-new main floor deck! While on the deck you will enjoy beautiful lake views from a cozy seating area outside the living room, and also a small, covered dining area and BBQ. Deck stairs will take you right down to the pool.

You will enjoy the fire pit and lots of seating around the pool area. Enjoy sunbathing on the pool play pad while beating the heat on our chic in pool lounge chairs. Lots of sun, and plenty of shade in this area so that you won’t be scorched during those hot summer days.

This home lays on almost an 1/2 of an acre so has plenty of space to sprawl out and for the kids to run around! While the actual home property isn’t technically on the lake, when you cross through our pool gate that leads to the lake, the open grassy area between the home and lake is community property, so during your stay you do have use of this entire area that includes a community boat dock, boat ramp, and community beach. Again, this is shared space, so please be respectful of any neighbors that may be using the area as well. Boat dock “Must” be reserved in advance with homeowner for any overnight boat use. Additional requirements apply for boat use at property. Please message us for details on these requirements.

There are 2 baby gates located in the home for use during your stay if desired, but they are not permanently mounted, therefore gates must be set up by guests in their own desired areas according to individual guest needs and must be taken town by guests upon departure. We do have a highchair and pack n play available for guest use, but these items must be requested and reserved in advance.

Sorry, but we do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind, we do not allow pets, we do not allow events. There is no running, jumping, or diving around the pool, or jumping or diving from main floor deck. If anyone in your guest party is caught jumping or diving from the main floor deck, all guests will be forced to leave the home immediately without a refund. No glass in pool area or swimming during severe weather such as lightening, hurricanes, tornados, etc. Guests are welcome to heat the spa while using, but heating the entire pool is strictly prohibited to even attempt. Violators with be charged severe fees for excessive propane use. There is a limit of up to 14 overnight guests, and 20 people total are allowed in the home / at the property at any one time. We have a minimum age requirement of 28 for the booking responsible party. The person booking must be present throughout the stay. So sub renting is allowed.

We do require a signed rental agreement and ID verification from our guests. Access to the unit will not be granted without a signed rental agreement and ID verification! Bookings are subject to cancelation if items are not provided to host/owner within 48 hours of guests receipt. Guests are subject to additional charges and fees if certain house rules and check-out instructions are not followed. These rules and instructions are provided in rental agreement and / or additional information, but can definitely be provided to inquiring guests upon request prior to booking via message.
