Get ready to relax on one of 3 balconies overlooking Houston Lake in this 3-bedroom, 3 story new build, house in Perry. Bring your fishing polls, boat, kayacs or paddle boards! Boat ramp 1 mile away with dock on property. Guests can enjoy 3 queen beds, plus 2 convertible sofa's, 4 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. This cool property also offers amenities HVAC, Wi-fi, and a washer and dryer. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the area, this phenomenal rental has everything you need for a memorable stay!
Our home is located 1.5 miles from Houston Lake Country Club and Golf Course, 5 miles from Downtown Perry for shopping, dining and entertainment, 8 miles to GA National Fairgrounds and Agricenter (events weekly), Lane Packing Resaurant and Gift Shop, 6 miles to Rigby's Entertainment Complex and Water Park, and 13 miles to The Museum of Aviation and Robins AFB.
We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Beautiful lake side home that is well maintained with a family friendly open floor plan. It’s also conveniently located to nearby restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

This property is a 10. Love love this house.it was clean, stylish and sticked. Great proximity to all of the nearby amenities but still nestled away to feel like a vacation home. Our family enjoyed this modern house and look to return soon.

This was a halfway meeting point for my daughter from FL and me from TN. The house was perfect! It would be a great place for a family or group of couples. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and the porches with the lake view are excellent to kick back and relax! Downtown Perry with its cute shops and restaurants is a 5 minute drive. The house was clean and my communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely escape to this lovely home again!

The property is excellent. The host was very responsive when contacted with a minor item. He came onsite just to change the battery in a smoke detector! The house was clean and decorated for the season. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Family wedding stay

This house was perfect for the family to get together to celebrate a wedding. Everyone is able to hang out and enjoy the views on all deck floors of the lake. Everything was clean, modern, and the communication was spot on. 10/10 would recommend! A refreshing stay.

The home was amazing! We needed a big enough home for our family to stay for our family reunion in Perry, GA. Jim was raised in Houston County and together we raised our children here as well. We enjoy being outdoors grilling, playing cornhole, kayaking and other water sports. We want others to be able to enjoy these things as well!

This neghborhood is a beautiful, quaint lakeside community. Houston lake is a small 135 acre lake with homes and a golf course. It is great for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. No jet ski's, skiing or swimming allowed. Perry has a delightful downtown just 5 miles away offering dining, shopping and entertainment and GA National Fairgrounds and Agricenter. Warner Robins is 5 miles away and offers many dining optons, shopping, Rigby's Entertainment Complex & Water Park, and The Museum of Aviation.
