The Luxe Treetop Villa - Indoor Pool, Lake Views & More!

Welcome to the Luxe Treetop Villa, a stunning, newly updated octagon-shaped retreat nestled among the trees. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 7 guests and offers floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and panoramic views! Staying at the Treetop Village gives you access to three pools, including the indoor pool at the aquatic center. The village is in a PRIME location on Horseshoe Bend near the Lodge of Four Seasons, the Bagnell Dam Strip, golfing, and tons of waterfront bars and restaurants!

**The indoor pool is located at the aquatic center. You will need to visit the treetop village office to acquire a key card to the indoor pool. A $20 deposit is required and returned when the passes are returned.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The open-concept kitchen features white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig duo, and a spacious island with seating for two. There is also a dining table with seating for six situated perfectly for treetop views while dining.

Living Room
The living room features a plush sectional sofa, a mounted flat screen TV, and plenty of light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Just beyond the main seating area, you’ll find a nook with a queen-sized murphy bed, offering a flexible sleeping space without compromising style!

Master Suite
The master suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and a mounted flat screen TV. There is a double vanity sink outside the bathroom. The bathroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located downstairs and features a queen-sized bed, accent chair, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open onto the lower deck with a built-in bench. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a loft-style bedroom that features a queen-sized murphy bed and has an attached half bathroom with single vanity sink.

Outside
Outside you will find a gas grill, a glass top table with seating for four and two gas patio heaters for those chilly nights. There is also a bench that wraps around the deck for additional seating.

Neighborhood Description
This home is in a prime location at the Lake of the Ozarks. The Tree Top Village boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool with hot tub and sauna and a tennis court. This home is centrally located near Osage Beach, The Bagnell Dam Strip, golf courses, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurant’s including Shady Gators, The Bend, Horny Toads and so much more!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
