Octogone en verre (huit cĂŽtĂ©s) Villa sur le LAC! Avec trois ponts de martini privĂ©s. Toutes les chambres ont des baies vitrĂ©es du sol au plafond. Cette villa au bord du lac Ozark a plusieurs ponts qui s'enroulent autour de la villa, vin et dĂźner sur l'un de ses trois ponts .. N'OUBLIEZ PAS D'apporter FIDO. :) Nous sommes "" "PET FRIENDLY" ". FIDO a aussi besoin de vacances. L'emplacement est Ă  Mile Marker 13 off Horseshoe Bend juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du canal principal. Vous pouvez pĂȘcher ou nager juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de votre propre pont / quai de martini privĂ©. Trois piscines extĂ©rieures et piscine intĂ©rieure / bain Ă  remous pour votre utilisation sur place. Si vous avez besoin de 6 chambres / 6 salles de bain avec deux canapĂ©s-lits, dormez jusqu'Ă  16 personnes louez ma villa Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de celle-ci # 251197. Ils sont cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte.

Le niveau supérieur a deux chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes avec vanités de salle de bain en granit et douche à l'italienne intégrée. Le niveau inférieur a une grande chambre avec double lavabo. Sortez sur le pont inférieur de la chambre inférieure, puis descendez sur le pont Martini.
La communauté propose trois piscines extérieures et une piscine intérieure avec sauna, bain à remous et courts de tennis.
Situé à proximité du golf, des restaurants, des attractions et des commerces, y compris le centre commercial de 110 magasins.

host was good/direct via text/vrbo website.chilly night additional blankets would have been nice (ere they there?, did w not find them?). since it was 1 night we didn't bring shampoo or soap... would have been nice to have these.generally the octagon was awesome. Beautiful location, beautiful lakeview!

We didn’t spend much time in the unit, as we were hiking and outdoors predominantly, but we DID spend a lot of time outside of the villa and the views are stunning. You feel removed from the other villas in the neighborhood & it’s so, so peaceful. Nothing negative to say about inside. Very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. Thank you so much!

This was perfect for our family and two dogs. The house is part of a larger complex which was nice for free boat dock, swimming pools, etc. This place was one of the best spots within the cove. The decks outside were the highlight! We spent allof our time out there swimming, fishing, having dinner, enjoying the sunsets What a great time for our first trip to the Ozarks!

Family summer

We stayed for about a month at the Octagon house. It had plenty of room and location was PERFECT! The owner was awesome and the home had everything you needed for a family summer trip! The views from the docks were AMAZING and it was perfect for all water activities. We were fortunate to see the amazing fireworks on the 4th of July as well as all the boats congregate just off our cove! We highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!!

Family vacay to Lake of the Ozarks

The property's location is perfect. The cove it sits in and the proximity to all the Lake Ozark and Osage Beach amenities are ideal. Kitchen is small but has everything needed. Beds could use some foam padding or a matress cover to increase comfort. Dave was great and quick to respond with any questions. We had a great time.

Excellent location and fun little lakehouse

This house was perfect for our group of 8. The community amenities are excellent and the property itself was wonderful. It is the perfect spot for fun and relaxation in a quiet neighborhood with a multilevel deck overlooking the lake. The property owner was easy to work with and quick to respond.

Wonderful charming place

We did a girls weekend here and loved the property and would definitely come back again. The 4 levels of deck would be perfect in the summer but we got to enjoy it even out of season. The rooms were plenty spacious and everything was clean. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but may be only bc I have back issues.

October getaway

Outstanding host and property!!

Host communications were always very fast. He helped us with a last-minute issue that came up on our end. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, and we really appreciated it. We would definitely stay here again. The decks have great shade and the views were outstanding. Thanks for a providing us with such great accommodations.

Tree Top at the Ozarks

Absolutely loved the property. The location and scenery was beautiful. My girls and my mother all had a great time and wish we had more time to spend there. Everything was perfect up until check out time, and the reason I say this is because as we were packing our vehicle to leave a lady pulled up really fast, parked at the Villa next to us and hopped out the car to remind us that check out was at 10a. His was about 10:20am. My entire family was out of the house and in the car with the exception of myself and my mother who was helping me tie down our luggage and cover everything on the outside of the vehicle with our tarp due to rain. I admit we were definitely a little late leaving the house but I felt attacked and very embarrassed at her approach and rude demeanor. I feel I am a humble man and and I'm willing to take account for my family and I running late for check out, but there are a lot better ways this interaction could have gone. Especially as a paying guest. My first ever experience with VRBO and at the Lake of the Ozarks. For all she knew there could have been an issue or a legitimate reason we were still in the parking lot at 20 after 10. Her approach was just very unwelcoming and left a bad taste. I apologize on behalf of my family and I for running over check out time. I'm a single father with 3 girls. 2 teens and a 7yr old. My mother is 66 years old. I'm not making excuses or looking for sympathy, but please know that time was spent cleaning up thoroughly.

Private with a great view

We love the Tree Top Village area. We have stayed in more than one and this one is unique. The stain glass throughout the house is absolutely beautiful. The decks continue to get added to and there is ample seating at all tiers. Since this house has a private dock, you really are to yourselves. The lower deck has stairs for water entry or fishing along the shore line. The front if the deck is fully open for a boat. If you have small kids, that might be nerve racking. For us with preteens, it was perfectly fine. Our kids enjoyed fishing. We loved all the fall colors and chilly mornings looking at the lake. The house is very clean. There is everything you would need to make meals. The microwave was on the older side so making popcorn did not work out well. We struggled some with lack of counter space or storage of food we brought, but very much enjoyed the bar top along the open floor to ceiling windows for snacks and meals while enjoying the view. If you come in colder months or get a rainy day, there werent any board or card games at this property. You would need to bring your own, which we forgot. The indoor pool is also very clean and easy to access.

Hidden Gem

Tucked away in a cove with breathtaking views. The house provided everything we needed. Loved all the decks especially the one that let you walk right into the water. Owner was very flexible and quick to responded. Nice complex with pools and pickleball court. Would definitely go back.
