The Painted Horse is a 2692 sq foot, 4 bedroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including large flat-screen Smart HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious and setup with to accommodate golf groups and families. Our newly constructed home also includes a foosball table for your enjoyment. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio with outdoor lighting, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Great location that's close enough to everything, but removed from town so we could hop on our bikes or hike at nearby snow canyon without getting in our car.

Wonderful new home

Great home for families

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 11 people in the house and never felt crowded. Had mostly everything we needed for our stay. Would be nice to add a crock pot to the kitchen for guests, but otherwise pretty well stocked. We would stay here again.

Great home and amenities

Nice to have two master bedrooms. Fun deck upstairs. Close to the pool and the pickle ball courts. Beautiful kitchen well stocked with appliances.

Beautiful property. Very close to freeway can get noisy.

Nice condo. Very clean and homie. Outdoor furniture could use an update but functional. Beautiful location. Traffic noise when outdoors as freeway is very close. Enjoyed our stay.
