Great Location. Very Clean and Quiet. Great communication from host. Only observation was for the price it seemed a little outdated and the bed was a little harder then we are use to. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay.

This place worked great for our family of four. Beautiful river flowing right down below the back deck and we were visited by many hummingbirds.

We stayed for 4 nights in this unit. Check in was super easy, communication was quick, everything was clean and exactly as described. Location to the park was a perk for us as that's where we spent the majority of our time.

Summer Vacation

Awesome property. Great location if you are looking for access to RMNP. Saw two big bull elk driving down the driveway to our room. Beautiful area.

The place was in good condition we have stayed in other parts of Colorado a lot. With the hot temperatures this year and no air conditioning it was not so comfortable during the day. We know most places in Colorado don’t have air conditioning but it has always been listed on the amenities. It would be nice to have that listed it would have made the difference in are choice. Overall the place is nice.

Great getaway

Me and my girlfried stayed 4 night, had a great time. Did havebone problem, even with it being a sunday they called me back very quickly and sent a maintenance guy to fix the problem why we where out in town. We would definitely stay again the only down side was no animals made us miss our puppies why we were gone

Beautiful river view

Great property, but no checkin instructions, phone number provided was wrong and no cell service at the property to look for any remedies to the above… had to drive back to town

Tony, First thank you for choosing us as your vacation accommodations. I do want to respond to some of your points that may help to explain why you never received your arrival directions or your confirmation and that is the e-mail address we had for you was not a valid one, secondly we have great cell service in the area however you may not have had good coverage due to your carrier, about the phone number I am not sure why you say it is wrong... as all numbers posted either on our website or on our office door are active and we receive calls on them all the time.
