Ground floor Garden View unit, perfect for your Maui stay! Beautiful comfy couch, reclining chair and sitting chair complemented by a large entertainment center in living room. The bedroom has king size bed, with an additional new Queen hide-a-bed sofa in the living room, to sleep four comfortably. Kitchen has nice wood cabinets with glass inserts. Tile floors in kitchen and bathroom, with tub and shower enclosure and nice wooden cabinet in bathroom. Bedroom has a very organized, beautiful wood closet with flat screen TV on the wall for your convenience. Very well equipped kitchen, complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom. Outside of the unit you'll find patio for outdoor dining, BBQ Grills, Gas Grills, Outdoor Showers, Shared Pools, Tennis Courts, and direct Beach access!

Perfect Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Hale Kamaole. We have stayed there a couple times. You just cannot beat the location. From door to beach is a 4 minute walk. And not just any beach, Kamaole IIII. Arguably one of the best Maui beaches. Our unit was everything and more than we expected. There are AC units in both the master bedroom and the living room which was nice to be able to cool down the living room for the kids at night. The bed in master was far too firm for my liking, but it was ok for my husband. The bathroom and bathtub were perfect for the kids. Washer dryer and dishwasher worked wonderful. There are bbq’s to use. We used them nearly every night. We will be back again for sure! I love that Hale Kamaole is not a HUGE resort. It’s easy to get around. We went with 3 other families who all had rented units and it was amazing!My sister in law is in a wheelchair and the the lift into the pool doesn’t work. So that was a shame. They said the parts are on order. Hopefully that is the case for other patrons.

The condo was beautiful, well-appointed, nicely stocked, and just an all around great time. The location right across the street from the beach was amazing. While I was initially skeptical of the wall A/C units, I found that they worked amazingly well. I also want to shout out the wonderful staff. Everyone I talked with and saw on the property was lovely and kind.Really enjoyed my stay!

The management and grounds crews are very helpful And professional . There was no toaster in our unit when we arrived , and a hinge on the screen door was broken, but when we reported this to management , they attended to it very promptly . We have often suggested to family and friends that when going to Maui, this is the place to be.

Wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in unit 128! The condo had everything we needed and was updated and modern. The first evening we could not get the cable to work but we rebooted the cable box and that got it going. We had to contact the office for the WiFi password also the day after we arrived but they got it for us quickly. It would be ideal if the password was in the unit. Overall a great stay! The folks in the office and around the grounds were very friendly and accommodating. When (not if!) we return we would definitely consider staying in 128 again. Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a great clean unit with easy access to the pool and tennis court. The only concern I had, is it's on the 1st floor without direct sunlight. I'm extremely sensitive with allergies, so when you opened the door for the first time, it was very musty. Luckily with two doors on each side it could air out. It was hard to breath in the bedroom so I slept on the couch. Perhaps a dehumidifier in the very dark bedroom would help.The manager tried to be helpful but there weren't other options that week.

My only comment is to get to the bbq's early to grab a spot on the grill. They are very busy at dinner time. Great location across from Kamaole 111 with a lovely grassy area to watch the sunset.

128 for 2 weeks at Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great (pools, BBQ, landscaping, parking). Enough space for 4, plenty of linens and towels, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with plates, cutlery, etc. The king bed and queen foldaway were comfortable.However, no fans or AC were turned on when we arrived (quite hot/humid), and the place was extremely dusty/dirty (fans, blinds, and AC units). It has not been updated recently, and the shower curtain liner was completely ripped (but quickly replaced).Needs to be taken care of and maybe a paint job.

Home away from home

Beautiful property. Literally park and walk right into your condo with pass code that was sent earlier. A quick walk across the street from the beach. All the amenities you need are so close .. great location touristy but at the same time very quiet and local feel . Highly recommend we are already making plans for spring !

Great stay

Great stay! Thank you. Everything was clean. I’d have to say for having a coffee maker yet no coffee but lots of tea. Maybe there should be a guild written to kinda let you know where things are in the place. Other then that it was good and clean. Amazing location. Likely to book again. Mahalo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasant, convenient and safe location. Only less than five minute walk to the beach. Reason I gave it a three is because the furniture is somewhat outdated and there was no coffee but plenty of tea bag selection. The office close early and open late therefore if you ran out of necessities like toilet paper, soap etc. You have to wait until they open at 10 am. Although a perfect sized room for a family of four.
