The Space:
Experience unparalleled luxury and comfort at our expansive finca, located in the southwestern corner of Lago Calima, about 2 hours drive from Cali or 1.5 hour drive from the Cali airport.
With a total area of 10,000+ m² (2.5 + acres), this property is perfect for families or groups of friends.
The finca is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & DINING AREAS
The finca includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing homemade meals during your stay. It features modern appliances, kitchen utensils, a big fridge with freezer and a spacious preparation area. There is also an outdoors kitchenette with different types of BBQ. Please bring your own coal.
There is an indoor dining table for 10 people and right next to it a table for 6 people on the porch.
By the pool, there's an additional outdoors (covered) dining table with space for 8 people.
LIVING ROOM
The ample living room features two sections surrounded by couches and comfortable chairs. One is located in front of the gaslit fire pit and the other facing the 65" SmartTV.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Sleeping arrangements for up to 14 people. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor.
All 7 bedrooms have closets, blackout curtains and direct access to their own private bathroom. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Disconnect before sleeping :)

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT GUARANTEED
We are happy to receive guests as early as noon (12 PM) on the day of arrival.
Please note that the gates to the condominium will be closed after 10 PM at night, meaning we can not accommodate an arrival after that hour.
Check-out is 3 PM.
GARDEN & OUTDOORS FACILITIES
Enjoy our expansive garden and outdoors areas, which include a swimming pool, steam bath, sauna and a heated jacuzzi. The pool is has plenty of sun beds which are perfect for relaxing and enjoying leisure time with friends and family.
The are lots of fruit trees on the property which you are welcome to consume if ripe. The house manager Alex can help with the harvest as it needs to be done at certain hours to avoids damaging the trees.
WIFI
The finca has a 100MB internet connection which is usually very stable. But, this is a rural area and periods with intermittent signal can occur and is not a reason for a refund.
BLUETOOTH SPEAKER:
We have a big bluetooth speaker that you are welcome to use during your visit. Ask our house manager Alex and he will happily set it up for you. Please respect the condominium quiet hours by turning the music off outside by midnight (00:00) at the latest.
PARKING:
The finca offers ample parking space, providing plenty of room for the vehicles of all guests.
LAGO CALIMA - LOTS OF FUN IN THE WATER
Known as the water sports capital of Colombia, the lake offers rentals of kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, jetskis, and pontoon party boats. Additionally, Calima with its consistent and steady wind is known as a world-class kitesurfing destination attracting people from all over. Several shops along the shore offer gear rental and personalized classes.
TEMPERATURE
It's usually nice and warm during the day. The sun is really strong so don't forget to bring a hat and sunblock. At night it gets chilly. No A/C is needed.
TRANSPORTATION
We will be happy to provide transportation for your group through our network of vetted drivers. We offer pickup from Cali or from the Cali airport.

Guest Access:
Once booked, the entire finca is yours to enjoy, except for the cabin where the house manager lives with his wife.
To ensure a smooth arrival at our finca, we have established a clear and straightforward process for accessing the property.
Please note that access will not be granted until the check-in process (rental agreement + ID of all guests) has been completed.
Additionally, entry is limited to 10 p.m., as the condominium gate keeper's workday ends at that time and he is in charge of opening and closing the door at all times for security reasons.
The Neighborhood:
The San Antonio finca is located inside a gated condominium called Pinares del Lago.
The nearest village with a supermarket is Restrepo, about 15 minutes drive away.
Darien is the main village by Lago Calima and is about 20 minutes drive away. It's a scenic drive around the lake and you will be passing beautiful villas, restaurants, hotels, marinas and kite surfing schools along the way.
The village is very lively on weekends and has plenty of dining options and a few bars.
Getting Around:
Around Lago Calima, we recommend that you have your own vehicle. Uber or taxis are usually NOT available in this area and we do not recommend walking next to the road as there is no sidewalk for pedestrians.
In the Darien village there are usually little moto taxis available.
Another option is bringing bicycles. Lots of athletes like to train in the area.

The finca is staffed with a house manager (Alex) and his wife (Ana) who live on the property in a separate building and who are present on the property to help with anything you may need. They are here to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to assist you with any requests or issues that may arise during your stay. We expect all guests to be nice and respectful to our staff at all times.
Ana will be able to help with cooking breakfast and clean the house on a daily basis. Please bring your own groceries.
This service is available for a maximum of 8 people. If there are more guests, an additional kitchen assistant will be required at a cost of $100,000 COP per day.
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.
Upon arrival, your group may be asked again to identify themselves with the house manager.
Access to condominium:
The gate to condominium closes at 10 pm and all guests must arrive before that it hour. It will not be opened again until 6 am unless it is an emergency.
Pets:
Please do not bring your pets. There are two other dogs on the property, an English bulldog and a small pincher and we do not want any fights.
Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.
