With 4 separate outdoor covered porches, you`ll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, you’ll find expansive spaces to gather: a grand parlor with elegant seating and a cozy fireplace, a formal dining room for 14 under antique chandeliers, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, double ovens and all the cookware your chef could need. Original woodwork and high ceilings imbue every room with turn-of-the-century elegance, while fast WiFi, central A/C, and smart TVs provide the comforts of today. Four of the suites even boast their own fireplaces – offering a warm ambiance on cooler nights.

Outside, a 1200 sq ft wrap-around porch invites you to sip morning coffee or evening wine while overlooking our rose garden and fountain. The huge fenced backyard is ideal for small weddings, family BBQs, or yoga at sunrise (we welcome small events!). Moss-draped oaks and blooming camellias provide a picture-perfect backdrop. As twilight falls, gather on the porch rockers or around the fire pit in the yard (seasonal) and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.

The University of Florida and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium are only ~5 minutes’ drive (about 1.5 miles) – super convenient for UF graduations and game days. Despite being so close to the action, the mansion is tucked in a quiet, leafy neighborhood, offering you the best of both worlds.

Guest Access & Amenities: You’ll have the entire home and porches to yourselves – total privacy for your group. Parking is plentiful (up to 6 cars in our driveway). We provide fresh linens, bath toiletries, and plenty of plush towels in every en-suite bath. Need to do laundry? You’ll have a washer/dryer to use. We’ve also stocked the kitchen with coffee, tea and basic condiments to get you started.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you`re covered just in case.
If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.
