HelloI want to start by saying I rent through VRBO on a weekly basis.Charging me 75 for early arrival was a red flag to me but hey we are all here to make money right? upon arrival the house looks to be as seen online...After walking around and seeing what was what, I noticed how unclean and under kept the whole house was. From that point things only go downhill....-Went to wash our items from travel and the washer is extremely unbalanced on every load we have tried-Furniture is stained and not appealing: couches, chairs, etc.-Cobwebs all around everywhere you look-Baseboards were filthy bed linens had hair in them as if they were never washed-Lost a sock and upon looking under the bed wasn't about to to stick my hand under it.-Wifi that was sent in email is not correct-Floors are very rough and trip hazards in many places-Toilet in master bathroom loosevery unsatisfied to say the least and if i was to be staying any longer i would have left ...all in all this was supposed to be newly remodeled and the nicest thing i see as a contractor that might be new is kitchen, its a total disappointment.

Plenty of space, great location. The kitchen could use more kitchen tools, bakeware, bowls, etc. The beds could use thicker comforters. All in all, a beautiful home with plenty of space for a large gathering.

Great location and size; faint stench of smoke

Overall we had a good experience at this property. The location is great; it is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just down the street from the UF campus. The house is laid out well with ample space -- 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms -- for a larger family or group. House seems updated. The negative was the faint stench of smoke throughout. They had what looked like an air purifier in the living room. My son's allergies were amplified because of the smoke smell. I reached out to the manager who rapidly responded, apologizing and acknowledging that a previous guest had smoked in the property the year prior. He had a cleaning service before our arrival but the underlying faint smell was still there. They should probably change out the curtains and furniture, that would definitely help. I won't be staying there again for this reason. Otherwise, it's a good size in an ideal location.

Graduation at UF College of Dentistry

The house was fantastic!! We had 8 family members from ages 27-85. Everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of room to gather and talk and catch up with each other. We enjoyed the snacks that were left and all the amenities were new and modern. We even had a barbecue on the back deck. Perfect house for graduation or football games!! We all enjoyed ourselves and appreciated being there!!

Great house and location

We were a group of UF alumni coming back for a football game and this was a great house. The location was perfect- close to Publix, midtown, and campus. The snacks and coffee were a nice touch and the kitchen was well-outfitted with enough cups and dishes for such a large group. The lock was tricky sometimes and the futons were not very comfortable but we were able to work it out. The host was very responsive and flexible with check in.

Family get together!

House is very updated. Bathrooms are great. The house is very well equipped for cooking dinners with everything you could want in a kitchen. Super enjoyed by everyone including our Pup. Thanks for the great experience! Will book again!

Perfect!

We came in for a football game and it was the PERFECT place for our group to stay!! We walked to the stadium and back and didn't have to worry about parking. The owner provided extras that you don't see at other rentals (snacks, water, toothbrushes). Overall great stay!!

Best Deal In Gainesville

My family, my brother and sister inlaw and my daughter with 3 kids stayed in this beautiful four bedroom, three bath home. It is well equipped and clean. The price is the best deal in Gainesville.

WARNING: Not Nearly as Great as Reviews Stated-we left 1 day early!

I never write reviews but after messaging the host after leaving the property 1 day early due to all the issues and host not responding to me, I decided to write this review. We chose this home based on the previous reviews. However, I am not sure what has happened since I had booked this property. I almost feel that no one has gone by to check on the property. We rented it for 4 nights. We checked in at 10 pm to find there was no bath soap and had to run out and get it. I have never stayed at a Vrbo that did not have bath soap. Then we found that one bathroom had plumbing problems and the house was also dirty and had an awful musty smell. We were exhausted from starting move-in all day for 2 kids and when I contacted the host, he responded that he didn't know what I was complaining about. It was really rude. Next morning he told me a plumber would be coming by to check plumbing issue. We encountered so many issues at this home.These are just some I messaged the host about yesterday, after checking out a day early and got no response. I also included pics to show him the issues. I would have appreciated knowing this as I would have never rented the home. The home smells musty, the a/c is so old and makes so much noise, the nest raises the temp to 79 in the middle of the night, we killed 3 roaches and there were more, tons of dead bugs, walls were dirty, dining table had stained placemats and chairs, filthy appliances. I do not recommend this home.

Great Stay!

Our group was in town for an extended work trip and had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and was a quiet place to relax after a long work day. We would definitely stay here again.
