West Woods is a lovely family-oriented neighborhood nestled between Boulder and Golden. It's an easy 20 minute drive to Denver. The mountains are easily accessible.

What makes this property unique

The large backyard has plenty of space for kids and/or pets. With the calming sound of the backyard fountain, the large deck overlooking Tabletop Mountain is a great place for relaxation or hosting. The hot tub is perfect for unwinding. And the house has a full gym in the basement. Bikes and sporting goods can be found in the garage.
