This direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is styled with decorator furnishings. Bed sizes include a king, a queen, 2 single beds, one with a trundle and a queen sleep sofa to comfortably sleep a family of 9. For your convenience, the owner even supplies the sheets and towels and their storage locker with beach chairs, corn hole and beach toys ! Guest supplies all paper and soap products. This property features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a laundry room, four TV's, 2 DVD players and WIFI ! Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. Keurig coffee maker. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. No pets, please. There is an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
