Luxurious 4 bedroom oceanfront condo in the newest and most prestigious buildings in town, The Gateway Grand. Located midtown on 48th Street, this professionally decorated residence is sure to impress you. Gourmet kitchen and Italian marble flooring in the bathroom, separate shower and soaking tub in the primary bath, and an oceanfront balcony that wraps around to see the bay.
Bedding includes 3 bedrooms with king beds and 1bedroom with a queen bed and a double Futon in the living area to accommodate up to 10.
The owner provides sheets and towels for your convenience. Guests are responsible for all paper and soap products.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; units rent Saturday to Saturday in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas.
$151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Witnessed the drama of the ocean during hurricane Ian!

Beautifully decorated without a lot of clutter! Views were the best ever! Spacious kitchen with lots of room for several cooks. Our gift to this place were coffee mugs!! New refrigerator delivered on our Monday. Already looking forward to next year!☀️

Nice place

The place was nice, well kept and clean. It would have been great to have more than 3 keys to the room. Also, while decorations are nice less items sitting around would be good. Visitors like a place to put their things .

Beautiful get-away

For our family, the rental is one of the most important aspects of our vacation. It is where we rest, play games and share meals together. This condo did not disappoint. It was spacious and well appointed/equipped. Also, we wanted Grandma and Grandpa (ages 86) to feel like they were on the beach too. Standing in the living room, looking out of the large windows, we felt like we were on a cruise. All you see is miles of ocean. We didn't want to leave. We higly recommend this property.

Supply List

The condo was immaculate and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay but were very surprised at the lack of bare necessities in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, a corkscrew and dish towels. A trip to the store and a Goodwill resolved the problem.
