Escape to this charming 3 bedroom Cottage, perfectly situated just 1 minute walk from the beach. Enjoy a relaxing getaway with access to stunning sunsets, local restaurants and attractions. This well equipped Cottage features a well equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor area with BBQ available. Ideally located to explore the best of the Hamptons, offering the perfect blend of comfort and coastal convenience for your next vacation.



The Space:

- Located in a very peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the highway.

- No smoke or vape inside the unit.

- No parties or events.

- Unauthorized Events or Parties: We strictly prohibit unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. If an unapproved event is detected at the property, we will immediately contact customer support, terminate the rental agreement without a refund, and involve local law enforcement. All events must be requested in advance, pre-approved by the host, and subject to an applicable event fee.

Tucked away on a quiet road just steps from the water, this charming Hampton Bays cottage offers a relaxed yet refined setting just 2 minutes walk from the bay beach, perfect for morning swims, sunset strolls, or quiet moments by the shore.



For a livelier day by the sea, Meschutt Beach County Park is only a 10 minute drive away. Local shopping, restaurants, and conveniences are all within a 10-minute drive, making it easy to dine out or gather provisions for a quiet evening in.



Travelers will appreciate the flexible location, with both the Hampton Bays and Southampton Long Island Rail Road stations reachable in just 10 to 15 minutes by car, ideal for a smooth arrival or an easy day trip to the city.

Camila was very communicative and helpful. The cottage clearly has a history of high traffic, and while it holds a certain rustic charm, it's undeniably showing its age. The property feels quite worn and tired, with fixtures and furnishings having seen better days. On the surface, the cottage was tidy upon arrival, but closer inspection revealed that it lacked a deep, thorough cleaning. While the main living areas were presentable, the corners, baseboards, and other area's not immediately visible, suggested a long-term accumulation of dust, grease/grime and cobwebs. The landscaping is overgrown and is in need of maintenance. The property book said, lawn care was scheduled for Wednesdays which we were looking forward to considering we brought our dog but no lawn care was ever taken care of the week we were there. It is a functional space and will benefit from more rigorous maintenance and cleaning. The lack of deep cleaning was also evident with the increased volume of bugs experienced throughout our stay, primarily roaches and spiders.

The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils. The pipes groaned at all hours, several times an hour. The bed creaked with every movement. Bedroom blinds were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The bedside lamp on the wall was falling off. The last straw was the huge spider that jumped down from the closet onto me. We ended up leaving after less than 24 hours and found much better accommodations for $100 a night more. On a positive note, the shower was good and water pressure strong. And this is one of the cheapest places to stay in The Hamptons. But I would not recommend it.
