SLEEPS 4. NO PETS
FULLY FURNISHED vacation rental house located in Holiday, Florida . Charming home with screened pool and lanai overlooking the Anclote river, complete with dock and 4 kayaks. Minutes by car or beautiful boat ride to the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and the Gulf of Mexico. The home interior is bright and sunny with an open floor plan. The kitchen has a large counter with bar stools and overlooks a beautiful view of the pool and river. The master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, TV with Roku streaming and walk-in closet. The Florida Room has a 50" TV with Roku streaming, leather reclining sofa and a full size pull-out sleeper sofa.. The living room has a pool table.
The swimming pool is salt chlorinated and slightly warmed by solar panels. The pool does NOT have a pool heater.
The house is very well equipped including linens, towels, soaps, hair dryer, kitchenware, coffee maker, paper products and a gas grill.
High speed internet and Wi-Fi. The TV's all have streaming, & YouTubeTV with network channels and more. Washer and dryer. Garage and plenty of parking. Newer central heat and air. Ceiling fans throughout. Two bikes, coolers and fishing gear. The neighborhood has a convenience store and there are all types of shopping nearby.

Convenient location to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
Bring or rent a boat and explore beautiful Anclote, Three Rooker, Honeymoon & Caladesi Islands.
Note: No Pets. 4 person maximum. This home is not child-proofed for young children.

Another two weeks in paradise

We return to this place year after year because it is the perfect location, has all of the amenities we need, a beautiful setting and the perfect size for two or more people. The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating!!!

Paradise away from home

Wonderful property with a peaceful vibe. The hosts are amazing and everything needed is located on the property. Short drives all over east central Florida! Already booked our next return trip and this will be our third time returning to the same property

A relaxing stay enhanced by a beautiful home

We stayed for 5 weeks at this unique property. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Having access to the water from the property was a real treat. We went kayaking almost every day, and there is so much to see within an easy kayak of the house. The house itself was exceptionally clean, and was full of everything that we needed. The covered outside deck was useful on the very hot days so you could be outside without being in the sun. The pool is a good size for a backyard pool, and provided a great place to cool off. We could not have been happier with our choice of this home. Over the first few days, I communicated with the owners with questions as they arose. They responded promptly with the information we needed. The house is a good size, and the garage provided a good storage area for items we did not need often. Highly recommended.

Nachdem ich das Haus leider 1/2h zu früh betreten habe und ich entsprechend belehrt wurde, dass dies nicht geht, haben wir in diesem Haus wunderschöne Ferientage verbracht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt, doch dann konnten wir z.B. Billiard spielen. Wir haben von dort Wanderausflüge, Delfinausflüge und Städtchenausflüge (Tarpon Springs) unternommen. A gem on the coast of Florida

This was the perfect home to rent for me and my husband to get away from the day to day in Michigan. The property is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a stay. The outside area and pool are spectacular and it was the perfect location to see the sunrise every morning. Thank you to Don and Kriss for hosting us and allowing us to stay in this wonderful home!

Tarpon Springs home

Great location. Beautifully decorated home with swimming home right on the river. Beds very comfy. Home well stocked. The hosts Kriss & Don were very nice and communicated well. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect House!

We loved the house! The pool was awesome. Our boys fished several times, tried out the kayaks and loved the pool table. House has everything you need. Quick drive to the Sponge Docks and beach. We would definitely go back!

The house was great, having the pool & kayaks was wonderful! My husband & son saw 5 manatees in the canal just outside of the house & were able to get into the kayaks & observe them for 1/2 hour. So cool!

A beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay & couldn't of asked for anything better! The property was an oasis & had all the amenities one needed. The house was very clean & decorated beautifully! Don & kriss were so kind & nice & there if you needed anything! We even got to see a dolphin in the canal along with catching fish & a couple blue crabs! The pool was so much fun & relaxing! We will definitely be back!

Perfect set up for a getaway!

This house was truly a sanctuary away from it all especially during this time of COVID. The house is the cleanest one we have ever rented. The kayaks were awesome to have right there. Had a marvelous time and would go back again.

Sweet bungalow on Anclote canal.

Our second stay in less than 2 months. Need I say more? Stellar cleanliness, and well equipped home with everything one could need. Love the pool as well as the pool table. A quiet place to relax. My hats off to the owners for all the thoughtful touches that make this rental home so wonderful!

Beautiful bungalow!

We really enjoyed every minute of our stay in this fabulous rental! The owners gave consideration to every inch of this Floridian bungalow in regards to cleanliness, comfort, play, and visual enjoyment. This home was sparkling clean throughout, as well as outdoors, and wonderfully decorated. Definitely not the “devoid of decor and character” vacation rental that is so typical. A lot of love has been put into this home. A well stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, plenty of towels, super comfy linens and beds along with beautiful landscaping, and incredible pool and lanai. We loved the river views and had lovely sunsets nightly. Because of the current pandemic we spent the majority of our time right “at home” and made use of the pool and pool table. It was a perfect place to celebrate our 31st anniversary. We enjoyed the close proximity to Tarpon Springs and did our best to eat our way through the awesome restaurants there. Our week flew by way too fast and it was really difficult to leave this perfect paradise. We definitely hope to return soon. Without a doubt our favorite vacation home we have rented. Thank you, Kriss and Don for all the thoughtful extras you have included in this home that contributed to a perfect vacation for us!!! Cheers.....

Loved this Property!!!

This property had absolutely everything you thought you needed and some things you didn't even realize you needed. Two of our recipes required a potato masher which we forgot but no worries, there was one there of course. They have thought of everything. I think it is the cleanest property I've ever stayed in. You could never leave the property and have an excellent vacation with the large pool, dock for fishing and kayaking and pool table inside with games and puzzles as well yet it's located very conveniently to enjoy the beach, good food, historical locations and amusement/entertainment locations. I can't recommend this property enough! We hope to go back someday!

Best and Most Relaxing Vacation Ever (Even during the middle of a pandemic)

This trip was amazing. If you want a place to relax and feel like you are on vacation without exposing yourself to covid, this oasis is PERFECT! During our stay, the temp was in the low to mid 90's with heat index in the 100's. It was very hot, but floating in that pool made the weather feel absolutely wonderful. We'd go kayaking in the morning when it was cool and then hang out in the pool the rest of the day. When we took a break from the sun, we'd head into the house to play pool. We honestly had the best time. This is such a great property. Since the pool is screened in, you don't have to worry about bugs.. That was a huge plus for me. We started the week with a Walmart grocery pickup and didn't have to leave the house all week. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners go above and beyond to make this a great experience. We had a hard time leaving and can't stop day dreaming about this property. Many thanks to Don and Kriss for sharing their little piece of paradise with us.

Wonderful Rental

This home rates right up at the top of my list of rentals that I have stayed at over the years. Everything that you could possibly want or need was available. The location is great for nearby attractions, shopping and grocery shopping. The pool is ultra clean and large. Fishing and crabbing off the dock area is an extra bonus. We did not take advantage of the bikes or kayaks but they were available to us. We do plan on returning to this rental again.
