From the moment you arrive, you'll have everything you need for a seamless beachside stay. Six complimentary bikes make it easy to explore the area, whether you're cruising along 30A or discovering hidden local gems. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before unwinding in the bright and airy living area on the second floor. A plush sofa and large TV set the stage for cozy movie nights, while the fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features a standard coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. Gather around the dining table with seating for seven, or enjoy casual bites at the kitchen island with three barstools. Guests will also have full access to the tennis court, which is directly next to the pool and equipped with two pickleball courts and nets—perfect for friendly competition or staying active on vacation. An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
