Beautiful home. Excellent use of space. Could sleep at least 8, possibly more. Can seat 16-20 for dinner. Nice beach towels. Telescope in the closet upstairs. Heated pool and hot tub just out the front door and a beautiful pond just out the back. We saw a hare, roadrunners, and quail. 100% would stay again. I’ve stayed several places in the Ledges and this was my favorite so far.

Great Place to Stay in the Ledges

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, well represented in Ad, fit our family nicely, seemed bigger in person! We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint would be pool & WiFi need a little attention- hot tub very dirty and cold (saw many reviews with this issue). Wifi was extremely slow, could never get streaming services to load on any TV or phone, computer etc, luckily weather was great so we were rarely in front of the TV:) Rental has all amenities needed, plenty of pool towels, kitchen accessories etc. Nice location in complex- close to pool and pickle ball. Beautiful views and just far enough from the traffic in St George!

Hi!This is probably our 5th/6th stay at a VRBO for our family of seven, and we loved this place! We were impressed with its orderliness, layout, cleanliness, and space. We the parents who paid felt we got a lot of bang for our money. We are somewhat “local,” and will likely return again for future mini getaways.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third home that I have rented at the Ledges. The location was excellent! It was so convenient having the pool just steps away. The unit was in good repair with a lot of space and amenities. The only downside was no deck shade and the cleaners must have been rushed in turning over the unit. But once we found the tv remotes in between the couch sections, in the bathroom and in the wrong bedroom then rewashed the dirty dishes that were in the cupboards- we felt totally at home and settled into a fabulous 14 day stay. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Fantastic location

Awesome location right across from pool and pickleball. Very clean, well maintained. Would stay there again. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space (family of seven). Only issue we had was internet and TV connectivity. Could never seem to get streaming services set up. But, it was vacation and we spent a lot of time out and about so wasn’t the end of the world. And I’m sure if we really focused on it we could have figured it with management company. Management company was professional and responsive. Amazing location.

Great place. Close to St George, but away from the busy coty

Great views and able to see the stars and enjoy the scenery. Property was great. Clean and fun. Had great features and would like to stay longer next time. Maybe have a Roku on the tv for easier app selection? Either way. Great

Nice place, but the unit needs a deep clean and hot tub was GROSS.

We have stayed at The Ledges before and enjoyed our time away. This trip was no exception, except... Upon arrival we noticed very dirty stairs leading up to the second floor. Not a little dirty, like a LOT dirty. Multiple bunk beds we're covered in sand and had pilled sheets. Master comforter had quite a few stains. Living room rug needed to be vacuumed, which we did (but not my favorite thing to do first thing on vacation). Pantry had all the essentials and it was nice to have a grill. We had fun playing pickleball, but be prepared to fight people for a turn on the courts. Pool was supposed to be heated- it wasn't- and the hot tub was green for the first two days, so we were only able to use it the last day. I contacted management and all I got was an apology. A little disheartening when you spend that much on a unit.

Perfect place for us!

We came down to St George for a baseball tournament with our family and a friend. We didn’t get to spend enough time at the condo. We wish we didn’t have to go to baseball games the whole time and could have enjoyed the condo and amenities. The roof-top porch was awesome! Everything was perfectly clean and the kitchen had great accommodations since we made breakfast there every morning before heading out! We are all excited to plan our next trip to St. George and we will be looking to stay here again! Just as a side note, the contract you have to sign before being able to stay at the property had gone to my junk email so I never saw it. The property reached out to me by text, phone call and another email to let me know that this needed to be done before we arrived. I appreciated that they used all the resources to track me down so they wouldn’t have to cancel my reservation. I was very impressed! Plus the communication before, during and at checkout were awesome! I left like a valued customer!

The Perfect Vacation

The amenities were perfect (with the exception of the community “hot” tub, that was only hot on one occasion. The villa itself was incredible, and we hope to return to this same spot year after year!
