Perfect location for a family vacation, we enjoyed the pool, pickle ball, hikes in snow canyon and kids loved the secret club house under the stairs. The fire pit on the balcony was also wonderful and we had smores and told spooky stories. The bunk room is open/no door just fyi so kids could hear others which made it harder for them to fall asleep, otherwise, wonderful home and memories were made!

Great getaway location

The check in process was easy. The binder with all the information made it so nice, all the info we would need was in there. Clean, fun place to stay!

Loved having two different coffee makers, one drip and one Keurig plus a toaster! Communication was excellent. Only recommendation would be softer, thicker towels, toilet paper, and kleenex (had to use twice as much).

Comfortable getaway

Clean and comfortable! Great location too. We loved being so close to the pool. Snow canyon is close by. We love that Ledges was quiet and easygoing even during a very busy time in St George.

Very comfortable

The place was great! Everything was clean and very comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds. We loved being close to the pickleball courts and the pool. Fun having a ping pong table to play in too. Great place!

Awesome condo and amenities

We enjoyed the condo immensely. Very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts and pool after our morning outings. Good window coverings to allow for a little more shut-eye. No complaints!

Wonderful property and location

This is a wonderfully-kept property that exceeded our expectations. The proximity (directly across the street) from the pool was great and we enjoyed both the back and upper patios depending on the time of day (and where the shade was!). The arcade game did not work, which was dissapointing to the kids, but it sounds like the owners were looking into getting it replaced.

We were so impressed with the location within The Ledges (right across the street from the pool). The upstairs fire pit was great to sit out ascent beautiful sunsets and the back patio great for cooking out on the gas grill. Very clean, very comfortable beds and everything you could need in the kitchen! We will definitely stay here again for future trips to St. George.

Beautiful views

The property was very well located at the Ledges. Loved that we could watch our kids at the pool from the patio. The outdoor space had beautiful views all around. Great layout. Even had a spare propane tank in the garage when the one in the fire pit ran out. Had everything on hand that we needed.

Wonderful place

Very comfortable accommodations. Only concern is the grill. We thought the front of the grill was stained, but it turns out the center burner is shooting a flame out front which has burned (not stained) the front of the grill. This should be fixed before using it.

Beautiful!

This home was beautiful in every way. We enjoyed are stay so much. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. I have never seen a pantry in a VRBO stocked so well. The check in was effortless. The temps were in the 100's while we were there, so it was nice to come home to a very cool home. If you plan on using the pool, this place is perfect. If the noise from the pool would bother you, this is probably not the right location for you. I would definitely stay here again or anywhere in the Ledges.
