Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, great decor, great games, comfy beds, excellent view, loved the deck furniture and dining bench, few electrical issues( outlets not working, oven trips breaker) called maintenance and they never came; very good baking pans, cookware ,and dishes; would repeat stay and would highly recommend condo; not as fond of new property management (been staying at sandpiper cove for over 10 years), nice staff though

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was exactly what I was looking for! Clean. Breathtaking views right on the beach. Spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed plus other “ little things” that I didn’t expect!! The beach was clean and beautiful and we had no issues getting chairs where we wanted. The largest pool with the hot tubs was closed the week we were there and that was disappointing but that is really the only thing that we were upset about. The checking in and out process was smooth. We booked directly through Sandpiper and no issues at all. The beds and pillows were not so comfortable but that’s something that I can fix by bringing my own pillows next time. I would absolutely recommend this unit to others. I plan to stay in this exact unit when I return to Destin. Overall, I am very happy with my stay here and will be returning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous view & location. Kitchen well stocked-thank you Both primary & guest beds not comfortable. Primary had been supported underneath with wooden blocks. Guest has all torn lining underneath Tile floors really need a good deep cleaning. Bathrooms also need a good deep/ scrub cleaning We appreciated the beach chairs & umbrellas; however information as to the setup was different than stated. We had to go down each morning, wait in line to give our name in order to have someone take us to a vacant spot that was not reserved. No problem other than being in the beach @7:30 in the morning to wait until 9a! We did enjoy the location very much-beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the condo was great. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Everything was as advertised. We have only one suggestion, and that is to put reflection paint on the stairs into the condo. At night it is hard to see each stair as you are coming in or going out and could be a fall hazard for older guest. Otherwise it is a great unit and we hope to come back again .

We found unit 2156 in Sandpiper Cove and absolutely loved it! The view was amazing! The community it is in is nice and quiet with great amenities. Not again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although this unit has recently been partially upgraded there are still lingering problems. The half inch gap under the front door allowed very cold air to pour in to the unit with a north wind. We had to put a towel under the door to stop it. A repair was attempted but what is needed is a storm door as they removed one and never replaced it. They could have removed the two dead cockroaches before we got there as well. We had to call them to replace the handle on the sliding door as it was broken off and a very sharp piece is all that remained. They have added a large balcony to the north side of the unit, well out of the sun while we were there. Lastly, we have been informed that the cost of next winters (Jan.1-March 15) stay anywhere on the beach side will more than double and that is unacceptable in our view. We enjoyed it while it lasted!

Location was amazing! Perfect Gulf View!

Gulf View was amazing! Deck patio furniture was beachy and awesome! Room was as described. Check-in was at 4pm and we didn't get into our room until almost 6pm due to cleaning staff shortage! Property staff was very apologetic about late check-in but it was still frustrating! Otherwise a great condo!

We had the best weekend trip! This place is great location, very clean with great amenities. We were surprised to see that we had beach chairs rentals included in our stay. Can’t wait to come back

The patio furniture is great and the living room is spacious and comfortable. This unit needs some work though. Many electrical outlets and lights didn’t work. Paint seems to be peeling in the bathrooms. I really wish the master bathroom had a tub/shower combo.

A wall socket or light switch will not work. Then some time later it will work. Happened throughout the condo. I would have the electrical system checked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Sandpiper Cove in several different units over the years. This in particular unit is about as close to the beach as you can get in Sandpiper cove. The unit was very nice with the exception of the mattresses in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. We ended up having to purchase a mattress topper following the first night to make them more comfortable. No other issues with this unit.
