Christmas break getaway

Location, layout & amenities were spot on. Updates in condo we're not done correctly. The laminate floor throughout was buckling & lose. Updated master bath shower water took a while to get hot. Master bath toilet wobbled. Plumbing in showers squeaked. A light on balcony would have been nice. Older appliances, furniture & unfortunately found roaches under kitchen sink.

Very nice condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit, and since the first there have been some nice updates. The master bedroom and bath shower has been nicely redone and I believe granite added in the kitchen. It still could use some appliance updates in the kitchen and furniture updates in the living room. The major issue was the deck railing was dangerously falling apart. The unit is a great location on a golf green and right across from the pool. E love Sandpiper Cove and never stay anywhere else!
