Esta lujosa casa en Grand Beach cuenta con 6 habitaciones más loft, 4 baños completos, 2 medios baños, ascensor, entrada privada, una piscina y lo mejor de todo: ¡está directamente en la arena! Esta increíble villa de playa se encuentra en Indian Shores, Florida, a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes, el tranvía Jolley y muchas otras atracciones.

We rented this beautiful beachfront house to host my 9-year-old’s birthday party and it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone — kids and adults alike — and the view was breathtaking. The outdoor space made it easy for the kids to run around and the beach access was a huge hit. Everyone had a blast and we made such great memories. The only small hiccup was figuring out the stereo system, but other than that everything was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Vista Del Mar for a family trip and it was such a great spot. The house is huge, plenty of space for everyone, and the views from the balcony are amazing. The pool was a favorite for the kids, and being right on the beach made it super easy to go back and forth without having to pack up the car. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home, and there were also good restaurants close by. A couple little things could use updating, but overall it was clean, comfortable, and made for a really relaxing vacation. We’d definitely stay again.

This house has not been kept up. Please look at other reviews. The ones that have good reviews are a couple of years old. There were several things broken, and it really doesn’t look as nice on the inside as the pictures. There were safety hazards and it was not cleaned. My suggestions!!! Look at a different property.

Very disappointing!!!

Not "luxury" as advertised. Beautiful location, but the house has SEVERAL issues (maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues). I reached out several times after our stay to reconcile the LARGE amount of money we spent, and I got one response saying they were waiting for the owner to review. They never responded after that and have ignored all texts and emails since. Very unprofessional and so disappointing.

Amazing vacation home

This was a really amazing property. It easily accommodated my family of 18. There was room for everyone. The open concept living/dining room was great for family gatherings while the many rooms and bonus spaces allowed for time apart. The garage fit all 4 of our vehicles including my 12 passenger van. The home had everything we needed! The location is perfect. The pool was perfect for our children as it was shallow, enclosed/private, and visible from multiple parts of the home. The views are absolutely spectacular and there are multiple places/balconies to enjoy them. The master suite is gorgeous and is like a separate private vacation space. I did note a few maintenance issues with the property. The master suite AC was out and had a portable AC in the room. It wasn't really large enough to cool the entire suite and it tended to be warm/hot. The loft also had a portable AC that really couldn't keep up with the daytime temps. Not what I expected for a rental at this level. A crew showed up while we were checking out to fix the AC. There also seems to be some areas of water damage around some of the windows and ceiling. I hope these issues are addressed because over all the property really is amazing. I will absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great!! There was plenty of space for 9 adults and 9 kids however there was not enough cookware, towels, washcloths for 18 people. I did call and text about a few things when we 1st got there on Saturday but did not get through to the manager until Tuesday. She did get us plenty of towels, wash cloths, oven mitts, etc. to accommodate the amount of people we had and sent a handyman out to fix the sink that was leaking, the toilet that wouldn't stop running, the door that would not shut, replace the outlets in the 2nd floor bathroom, but never fixed the 3rd floor electric problem. He did run an extension cord so the girls could have a fan because it was really hot and stuffy up there. The pool was not clean when we got there, and they did not come on Friday to clean it. We had a storm that came through on Wednesday night into Thursday and I sent a video of the ceiling leaking in the sitting area off of the kitchen and no one responded. The house has a lot of potential but it's just a rental that in my opinion not maintained. The walkway from the house to the beach is so overgrown with weeds that you can't really see the palm trees and you hope you don't get your eye poked out as you make your way to the beach. The pictures that are online are when they had purchased it or had it up for sale so don't expect it to look like that. The cushions on the couches are ripped from the back of the couch upstairs in the living room and down in the basement. Also, the "Bedroom" next to the kitchen/half bath on the 1st floor does have glass doors with a crank curtain that is a pain to get up and down. Would not recommend that room for adults. The house is close to a public beach access entrance, so we did have to go out early every morning and set our chairs up to get the area behind the house. For me personally I think it is way overpriced for the condition that it is in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Are vacations experience was a dream, we loved our property! It was perfect for our big family. I was worried after reading a few negative reviews online but clearly those were not very appreciative customers! This property is gorgeous. In fact, other people on the beach asked about the home and were jealous of our property. We quickly let them know how they were able to rent it as well. Of course this home was built quite a few years ago so some things need a little love, but these types of homes have the most character and are so beautiful and if you truly can enjoy the beauty of them, they are the best places to stay. Our property had so much space for our growing family and our new grandbaby. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms and we could sprawl out and have our own space. We paid $100 to have the pool heated and it was well worth it so if you want a nice pool experience, don’t forget to ask them to heat it for you. The area underneath the house was great and full of things for us to use at the beach and the beach area was the best experience we have ever had. The balconies of this house, looking to the ocean were absolutely outstanding. The house was also kept very clean and had all of the things we needed to cook some food and even grill on the patio. Check in was a breeze with the codes they gave us and we wanted to honor the property by keeping it clean when we left taking out the garbage and maintaining all the rules while we were there, that is what truly makes properties like this stay outstanding. When I first booked the property in November, I was worried about communication but they quickly followed through with all of my emails anytime I emailed them directly. If you don’t book this property, it’s your loss because it truly is a beautiful vacation rental for large families who can appreciate these types of homes. We plan to come back every year that we can.

Must Read!

We arrived at Vista del Mare in Indian Shores. We were only given a garage code and we were locked out. My sister went around to the back and found the patio door completely of the rails and sliding door open. Once in the house we found the pool area flooded with the hose running. The toilet closet to the kitchen was shut off with water on the floor. We spent the first 1 hour of our vacation cleaning. Here is just a list of what did not work in the house; toilet, tv in the master, most lights in the living room area were burned out, pool was dirty, curtains in master were barely secure and hanging by carpet tape, mold and water damage obvious on ceiling, the fireplace was not working, one of the microwaves not working, elevator not working, locks broken on patio door, screens off, sand toys and chairs dirty and is mess, broken garage door pieces just laying inside the garage, some furniture broken and in very bad shape, carpet tape on hardwood floor, dead roaches in the basement. This was my family’s last trip with my parents. We paid a small fortune to stay there and our stay was not a pleasant one. Oh and don’t bother to call the host. Our only response was she was just there and everything was fine.

Very Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was out 2nd time renting this house. Since the last visit the house has deteriorated and the property manager is very difficult to communicate with or get resolution. We checked in after a bachelorette party group and the house was unfit for new occupants. The maid had two hours to clean the house before our arrival. Everything was a mess and we basically had to clean the house ourselves, the pool was not safe for anyone to get in it, the elevator didn't work, the linens were dirty and overall very disappointing. To date, I have not received any resolution from the property management.

Lights were burned out with no new bulbs to replace them, pool and hot tub did not work, they sent a pool guy over he left didn’t say anything to anybody and 20 minutes later the pool completely drained , elevator did not work, I had spoke to somebody at the beachfront property specifically, stating that I needed an elevator due to having my older sister that could not do stairs with me, the Internet pass code that was sent was wrong. The only TV that we could get to work on the Roku was on the living room TV. The air conditioning units in the basement didn’t work. There were no fans to use down there. It was super hot. No one could use the master bedroom shower due to a faulty valve, which in turn leaked through the ceiling down into the pantry onto our groceries. Nick had to replace a showerhead due to it was not working so that left us two showers working for the first three days of our stay. Nick the maintenance guy was very helpful and did as much as he could but he called and kept us up to date on everything unlike the beachfront property company which we’ve reached out to multiple dates in a row with text messages and phone calls with no return, except for one time to tell us that Nick would be coming out.

Indian Shores get away

The house was huge and the master bed was comfortable. However it was lacking some pride on cleanliness. I clean houses for a living so my standards are high. For the amount of money apent on renting this place things should be tis top. The only Tv that worked was in the livingroom. Some of the other remotes were missing batteries so Tvs wouldnt work. We could not hang out where the ping pong table was cause none of the AC's that were on the walls worked. But other then those minors things we had a blast!!!!! The house was awesome with some of the BEST views of the sunset!!!! We all enjoyed our stay!!!!! Thank you for this opportunity!

Several balconies by which to enjoy the beach and sunset views. We watched dolphins and manatees swim by daily, and watched the birds dive for fish. The cleaning crew coming in as we departed was super friendly. Would definitely stay again.Negatives: The home did have some roof tile damage, which I conveyed via text, but I received no response. When it rained, there was a subsequent roof leak. Again, I texted the number given to me, but again there was no response. The only other negatives were that the A/C did not work in the first level game room, which made it barely bearable. Also, the home is somewhat close to public access, so you'll need to stake your claim to a prime beach spot in front of the house early, or visitors will grab it before you.

Family vacation

I sent a text with complaint - email and a phone call. No response. Finally on Saturday I was able to get someone by text. One of the family members and his family had to relocate because of mott flies - I had a lots of things that need attention. I have them to the person I got in contact with on Saturday. They said they would speak to their manager an make things right. So where are you at with this. The pool was full of sea shells . 1 dish towel for a week is just not right. Your dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes . There is a towel rack/bar missing from the bathroom next to the kitchen.also that toilet runs. A door wall off the living room doesn’t open. Your elevator works whenever it wants. I was told it was not to be used unless elderly. 86 year old gg congestive heart failure approves her. Fruit flies were in the kitchen sink

Over cost for what you got

The managers never call you back. There is no physical address for the managers, even though they put one down. The gas stove top filled the kitchen with gas and we were unable to cook the entire vacation. The dishwasher did not work so we had to do dishes all vacation. The house was extremely dirty or. I could go on and on it was definitely not worth the money.

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with some obvious wear. Beach access and toys were great. House comfortable size for 18 people(8 adults) Pool small and not a gathering place for family to sit by. Had afew beach items which was a surprise. The limit of 1 tp per bathroom and 1 paper towel is stupid. First time we've run into that. parking and AC was good. Beds comfortable. No linens for loft hideabeds but after getting response from Beach Rentals (not VRBO) that was remedied. Dealing with was quite a pain, they don't answer the phones and texting to their 800 number didn't work either. Had to call them with punch list of issues on Monday to get action. They immediately responded and fixed what they could. Rickety grill, but it works, for now.

Great house!!
