The property has 5 pools with hot tubs, Pickle Ball and Tennis Court. There are many beautiful walking path for you to enjoy. The complex is centrally located less than 1 mile from the heart of downtown Palm Springs. There are many amazing restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the area for your convenience. Palm Springs international airport is less than a 5 minute commute.

Stayed for week 2 Coachella and Stagecoach and the place was absolutely perfect! There were 4 of us... 2 couples and the price and accommodations were excellent! Large rooms and the 2 bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the tools you might need for an extended stay. When we werent at the festivals we thoroughly enjoyed just lazying around at the pools or on the unit's beautiful patio (complete with fire pit and heater which we didnt need.) The condo was immaculate and in a very nice location. The area was very safe and the complex and condo are well maintained. We did lots of exploring and found the location very convenient. We spent quite a bit of time at the pool which was close to the unit. The other guests and owners at the complex were very friendly and helpful too. The owner was very helpful during our stay. I cannot say enough about how great he was during our 12 day stay. What a treat and I hope it's available when we are ready to visit again.
