Very well kept unit. Studio excellent for two adults. Building is under renovation but no noise or disturbance.

The apparent was nice but since my last stay the building is still falling apart and the windows in the corridors haven’t been replaced since hurricane Fiona. I’m an adult and I think all the signs in the room telling you what to do how to do and when to do it is quite tacky. I have a blog TikTok and YouTube where I show people what they truly get when staying places. I give them my experience on places to go and things really nice to do and exceptional places to visit for the best scenery and views. I always take the time to leave the places I stay clean and the way I want them to be upon arriving.

Beach chairs are broken, and only 2 towels for showering. Hot water in the shower was either too hot or too cold no in between 3 way valve needs to be replaced. Front door was in need of repair hard to lock. Kitchen light was broken balcony sliding door was broken and hard to operate. Definitely not what I have had at other units in this building not worth the money for this unit.
