Had a great stay here. The place is certainly on the smaller side but is perfect location being a walk to beach and boardwalk. Host was responsive when I called at check in. Would definitely recommend

The place was cute, small but cute. But there was an awful smell the entire time we stayed, and lots of TLC needed. The ACs smelled terrible when on. The building itself was beautiful and the location was amazing. So close to the

So if you have never been to the Jersey shore then this place is for you. It’s a little small and very limited seating. Best for a couple and no more. It’s in the basement of the unit ans the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. It had some stuff but not everything. If you plan on doing a long weekend it’s fine. It is steps from the beach and boardwalk so that’s a huge positive. Ac worked so we kept cool. It was a place to lay our heads and close to the beach. Like I said if you are a couple with no kids and want a close to the beach and boardwalk place then go for it. James was great communicating he responded right away. I would say it’s a 6/10. The other units are probably bigger and nicer we had unit 2 in the basement. Not terrible but not great.
