The House at Richardson Creek is such a peaceful spot, with a great atmosphere for retreating as a family or as a team. The space is bright, modern, and secluded, with plenty of space to explore or play.
The property was perfect for a small family gathering. The linens and kitchen were well stocked. The host was communicative and flexible. We had a hreat experience!
Beautiful, well-kept and well-appointed property, perfect for our family reunion of 18! We loved the peaceful grounds with lovely sitting areas, the creek, and beautiful trees, and had a great time gathering in the open-air barn. Thanks so much to our extremely responsive hosts! We would definitely stay there again.
The House at Richardson' creek exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property close to Cascade NP and greater Seattle soccer fields. Plenty of space for multiple families, and plenty of amenities to keep the kids entertained. Easy communication and check-in.
The backyard is amazing. Love the party barn (no bedrooms or bathrooms), bunkhouse, fire pit and outdoor games. Kitchen is amazing. Bathrooms were a little awkward for our group. There are no bedrooms on the main level. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom. There are 5 beds downstairs but no doors. Those guests must use the 2 stalls and 1 shower on the main level. This means you are putting on makeup or fixing your hair while other guests are in the kitchen or hanging out. All guests staying upstairs also use the main level bathrooms during the day. Definitely doable, but it is a little awkward. We booked for the outdoor areas and made it work. Downstairs would be great for little kids, we did not have any children in our party. The house is also right off a main road, so the upstairs rooms could hear quite a bit of road noise. Was a little difficult for some to sleep. Communication with owner was amazing. The place was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with so much- plates, cups, platers, silverware, pots… We had a rehearsal dinner in the backyard and it was perfect for that event. Everyone loved the yard and ambiance with all the lighting.
