David is an amazing host. This property has so much history. Every corner has a story - it is all so cool! We used the space to shoot our student film and it was totally perfect. David was very quick to respond and was very accommodating! Thank you again for having us!

Cool & quirky place the size of a warehouse! Tons of baseball memorabilia and history. Dave’s a really cool dude! Highly recommend staying and something that’s completely different for a change.

If you are not a big baseball fan and would like to have a good night sleep, don’t come here. It is a shabby, barn-like old house. Everything is in the condition of a century years old. The bedroom in the first floor has no windows. The bathroom is at the second floor. The entire time I was in, there’s frequently loud noise from somewhere. I could only sleep for a couple of hours.

Since you didn’t give any reason for your rating, it is difficult to respond to. I can only hope that future guests will add to the preponderance of high ratings given by past guests. Best wishes for your future travels. Dave
