The home has a nice open feel with a well-equipped kitchen newly renovated in 2020, dining room, living room, master bedroom (with queen bed) and a full bathroom all on the first floor.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 twins and two bedrooms with 1 twin each), plus a full bathroom.

There is a nice wooden deck in back over looking beautiful lush plantings and greenery.

Amenities include: central air conditioning, wireless internet, 1 television with YouTube TV including full network and streaming, DVD, Keurig, dishwasher, gas range, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor furniture and 6 beach chairs. Fireplace is not for tenant's use. Sheets and towels are not provided.

Location; less than 1/2 mile from Great Pond, 2 miles or less from First Encounter Beach on the bay and Coast Guard Beach on the ocean. It is also only 6/10th's of a mile from the Eastham Windmill Park.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
