You can tell that Meredith really wanted us to enjoy our stay. There was WiFi, Netflix, toys and a great dog bed for our dog, TP and Paper towels… all are not guaranteed in a rental property and very kind to provide. I’m a single mom on vacation with teens and the house was just perfect. Thank you so much a great week!
This home is absolutely beautiful and full of character. It had everything that our family needed to enjoy a week on the Cape! Clean, private, and loaded with fun activities! Would definitely fecommend this home!
Place was great, very cute and lots of space. Beds were super comfy. Great location, weather wasn’t great but we still had a great time making great memories
The house had so much to offer, large open space, many places to get away and read if you wanted alone time. Every comfort amenity you could want. Will definitely be back next year
With 5 kids who range from teenager to young adults, we needed a good sized house to stay. This was a wonderful house. In the middle of the cape, we were able to go to see the sunset at Eastham, go for lunch in Dennis and shopping in Wellfleet. Everything is close by. The house is great for older kids, they could go to the schoolhouse pond, play badminton in the backyard and spend time in the hot tub. The layout of the house is great and we had room for everyone without feeling crowded at all. Thank you Meredith for sharing your lovely home with us.

Cape cod Chatham
Hi! it is not the first time that I have a holiday with Vrbo. I have always been very satisfied with your accommodations. This time, however, I was very disappointed! Cape Cod was a beautiful place, where I will be back! The house we took for a week was not the same! very uncomfortable beds, without linen, nice but unwelcoming house, unattended garden, barbecue in poor condition! in short, very disappointing for what we spent!

Chatham disappointment
The good -- large home, washer and dryer, well-supplied, private yard and walking distance to Goose Pond.
The bad -- the ad prominently listed air conditioning, but it was only in two bedrooms. Consequently, the rest of the house was unbearably hot for most of the day.
The "observation room" may have been great for hot yoga classes, but we never used it.
The wall-to-wall carpeting was well beyond needing removal and replacement.
Very unimpressed with the overall cleanliness of thge home..
Too much clutter throughout the house, including the walls. Also, IMO, the jacuzzi and sauna combo is overkill since they squeezed both items in the basemant. Pick one over the other or move the jacuzzi outdoors.
Outside landscaping maintenance seemed non-existent.
The house has a lot of potential, but needs TLC and updating.
This is the 4th year I’ve stayed here. Absolutely love the house and location. We spend our days at the beach and nights in hot tub. The owner, Meredith is super to deal with. She wants you to enjoy your stay. I continue to return year after year. Close to Chatham Fish Pier. You can enjoy fresh fish daily.

Family cape vacation 2024
Nice large yard for our doggies. The bedding and living room furniture definitely needs updates. The property really has two bedrooms with a loft. Third window AC unit really would have been a big help in the loft, it was quite warm especially being on the second floor. Ceiling fan would have been a great addition in the living room. The owners were great, any issues were solved very quickly very happy about that.we also enjoyed the hot tub!
This place was so much more than advertised! It's hard to capture in pictures. Big pluses: lots of beds of different softness so people can select what they want. Two full baths and 1/2 bath. Hot tub, sauna, pool table, and bar in the basement - a real rec area! The sunroom + 3 terraces - very meditative, quiet, lovely. Big kitchen with lots of dishes, spices, etc. Awesome grill that made the best steaks of our lives. Fire pit. Right near bike trail, walking distance to swimming pond. A few minuses: living room furniture was not very comfortable. Kayaks were made for much skinnier people and very heavy to carry. There's a hammock and swing but beware of both. These are minor quibbles! We'd stay there again! Host was lovely, too, and helpful.
This house was great for our family to stay in while visiting the Cape! There was so much room inside and out! The kids loved the pool table and chess set and I appreciated the sauna! The seating and beds weren't particularly comfortable, but there were a lot of beds! The owner was impressively responsive to any questions. It was great to be able to ride our bikes right to the trail. Grocery store and beach were just minutes away! We really enjoyed our stay in this unique house!
This property has many positives. The location is close to ponds and beaches. There are three levels of living space making it quite roomy. Lots of beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. It was nice to have the washer dryer. We brought the dogs and they got to swim daily at Goose Pond. WiFi was good. It was nice to have access to kayaks and a beach umbrella. There were bikes in the garage we did not use. The furniture and beds were not particularly comfortable. But if you have a lot of people - teens etc who are not picky about that than this is the place for you. There is only wall air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. This was disclosed in advance but the house was pretty warm and humid- but it was also a hot week. There were fans available. The entire rental process was very smooth. You can’t lose here for the money.- especially with dogs.
We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the house very much. There was space for everyone and we kept finding great new places to hang out - loved all the balconies and the sun porch! Close to downtown Chatham and beautiful beaches.
Loved the place. Was able to talk my dog and it’s close to downtown Chatham and several beaches
Loved the house. It’s in a great location. The hot tub was great after a long day of walking the beach or shopping. The house is in a great location. Close to downtown Chatham yet in a private area where you could sit and just enjoy the peace and quite. Meredith was great as I had a lot of questions about travel during the pandemic. She responded to all my Questions in very promptly. Would stay here again. The only complaint is it isn’t central air and no ceiling fans. Also the furniture was not comfortable. Overall I loved it.
There were days you could just stay at the house and feel like you were on vacation. A lot of places to sit and read, and the yard was VERY private. It was fun having several ponds extremely close, and the skatepark/playground proximity was a bonus. You could easily have large gatherings at this location if needed (as long as the property manager knows about it.) We had a great stay!
