Crescent Keyes 1004 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This 10th floor condo comfortably sleeps 8. Unit 1004 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a spacious living and dining area with a brilliant view of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has all of your cooking needs to prepare your favorite dish. There is a washer/dryer, WIFI, and 4 TVs. The king bedroom has a tub and shower combination. The queen bedroom has a shower. The bedroom with the 2 queen beds has a tub and shower combination. This condo does not allow smoking or pets. This is a family oriented rental and does not allow student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

Crescent Keyes is a 14-story building with covered parking, elevators, an indoor pool, 2 lazy rivers, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room that overlooks the ocean and pools, and a 56 ft. beach front swimming pool. There are 2 kiddie pools; one on the ground floor and another on the 6th floor courtyard. The 6th floor courtyard also has a sun deck, hot tub, and lazy river. There is a 6 ft. 8 in. height clearance in the parking garage.

Crescent Keyes is conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach and surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just a few minutes away are the popular tourists' favorites of Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Enjoy dining at your favorite restaurant or try a new unique meal at one of the many that will soon be on that favorites list. Shop at some of the unique shops to pick up a great beach souvenir. Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and Pirates Voyage are ready to entertain your entire family! Visit WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Aquarium, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Duplin Winery, and more! Golf enthusiast should book a tee time at one of the hundred prestigious golf courses on the Grand Strand. Deep sea fish, parasail, or just stroll along the coastline of the Atlantic. Everything you do could be a vacation adventure!

Great stay!

This condo is in a great location! Walking distance to shops, food, etc.. Beautiful ocean view. We really enjoyed waking up every morning, sitting on the large balcony & watching the sun rise. We had 8 people, there was plenty of room, comfortable sleeping arrangements. Definitely would stay here again!!

Family beach trip

Direct beach access, indoor pool and hot tub were great. Condo had a great layout and comfortable living room furniture. Floors were a little dirty and beds were not very comfortable but the unit had everything we needed for our stay.

Great getaway

Super clean condo. Great location. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Check in and out very easy. Had to call maintenance to replace light bulbs on a Sunday morning and they came right away. Unit had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Loved Crescent Keyes.

Check in was easy, check out very easy. Miner issues with a water heater, but it was fixed that day. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom attached. We will stay there again.

Fantastic vacation!

This property suited our needs very well. We had to have a private bedroom and bath for my elderly mother with a walk in shower and this was perfect. The only improvement would be a handheld shower head in the walk-in shower. The lazy River, pool, and whirlpool were so nice. We used them daily. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and attractions. The property could use a little updating but it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed this condo. Perfect on the beach with the ocean view right outside our door. Furnishings were a bit worn and outdated. I wish they had left a broom and dust pan in the closet. The vacuum cleaner was terrible. Over all, the condo was roomy and I would stay again.

Great fun

The property was great...there were a few minor issues with cleanliness The floors were filthy, but housekeeping came when we called and took care of them. There were no cleaning supplies in the unit nor was there a dust pan for sweeping. The sheets were dirty on the master bed, we changed them as soon as we got there and took care of that. The unit itself was fabulous so is the location! We would definitely stay there again.

Broken

The beach and complex were great, however, this particular unit had multiple broken things in it. Small things that weren't a problem, but they should do more upkeep on this unit than they have been. A broken knob on a kitchen cabinet that was taped into place, an old smoke detector still on the wall but battery pulled out, door knob on second bedroom broken, night light broken, door bell broken, dripping faucet in kitchen, faucet in master bath doesn't meet the tile wall, so there's a gap where water can get behind the wall. Mold on the ceiling in the guest bath. Overall though we had a good time, just wish it were better maintained.

Great location. Loved balcony

Check in has to be done by going by property mgmt office. You pick up keys and swim bands. Side note I don’t think anyone wore them but us. No one seems to watch who has them on or not. Condo had plenty of room for us. 3 adults and one infant. We enjoyed the balcony for dinners One large bath in master which we primarily used. More room. No plug for tub or kitchen sink to stop up water. So we improvised. Spare toilet in room w two beds is leaking off water someone may want to ck that. Sink in kitchen the spigot is hard to get water to shut off. Only one elevator was working the week we were there so wait time for elevator was often long. Hot tubs wouldn’t run first 3 days but were fixed while we were there. Just a gentle bubble. The people in the property mgmt area were kind and helpful. Other than these smaller things we loved the location and enjoyed the pool. The parking in same building was a big plus too. We felt safe. Beach is beautiful here too.

Nice Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! 3BR's & 3 Bathroom's worked perfectly! Decent cookware & dishes, beds & pillows were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. View was perfect! Things lacking: no broom, one dish cloth & towel, washer had mold around the frontload drum, mops were filthy, toilet brushes were just gross and horribly dis colored. Carpet in each bedroom felt dirty to bare feet.

Great property!

This is a great property for someone looking for a beachfront vacation with basic amenities (pools, lazy river, exercise room). It is near many restaurants, shopping and attractions, yet in a quiet location. Unit is super clean. This was our second time staying here.
