The house is nice and very well apportioned for a rental/vacation home. The hosts are gracious and responsive to requests/inquiries. As most cases, some minor updates could happen. But none impact the functionality or comfort of the home. Most all kitchen items you could need are available. I even inquired about a crockpot and the hosts ordered one and had it delivered during our stay. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and bottles of water were provided by the host. These things though simple, make a stay away from home more comfortable. Thank you for the pleasant experience. We appreciate hospitable hosts!

The house was fine. Needs a few updates. The shower handles should be switched out - Its from the 80's were you need to regulated the water your self(just being fair I'm in the cabinets/plumbing industry).Also the countertops are peeling in the kitchen and bathrooms. A few updated this could be a nice home. The main issue for me is calling this a 4 bedroom. Its 3 bedroom with open sleeping area down stairs. The downstairs sleeping area does not have a door on it therefore not a bedroom. Since this was a business trip it was ok but if I rented for a family vacation I would of felt I was duped. Just listed as is 3 bedrooms with open bed area down stairs. The bed were comfortable and the host provided plenty of towels.
