My family was in town for a few days for a graduation. The house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean for the most part, a few areas could use some extra attention. But overall it was a great location and I would stay here again.

We were in Monroe for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us to stay in a perfect location to be close to all our activities. When we arrived at the house the door code wasn't working, but Jeremy called quickly and gave us a new code! The house was updated, clean and beautiful. The house had an ironing board and steamer which was so helpful for getting ready! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and had coffee with the coffee maker, a little welcome bag with water and chips. We felt welcomed and pampered. The beds and bedding were great and the soaps/shampoos were good quality. The back deck was lovely to sit out on and the front swing was a fun addition. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a great house in Monroe!

This property exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for a few days while in town for my uncle funeral and upon arrival it was exactly as described. Directly across the street from Neville High school and the home was breathtaking and impeccably clean. Like super clean to our standards lol. We loved that the master bedroom was off to the right side of home whereas the other two bedrooms were to the left. Tje laundry room and Diana washer area was stocked with pods, laundry sheets, dishwasher soap, towels and essentials that a guest would need. There were board games, microwave behind a cabinet door, and a patio porch with grill, jumbo connect four game and a fire pit. We had an absolute blast akd can’t wait to return when we visit family. 10/10 highly recommend!

We’re Louisiana natives who take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and well-maintained spaces for our guests. Hosting allows us to combine our love for hospitality with our appreciation for the local area, whether you’re here for work, family, or a short getaway.

We enjoy making sure guests feel welcome and well cared for, while also respecting privacy and providing a smooth, hassle-free stay. Attention to detail matters to us, and we aim to deliver a reliable, high-quality experience every time.

If you need recommendations, have questions during your stay, or just want a quiet place to relax, we’re happy to help and look forward to hosting you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet, safe, and conveniently located while still offering a relaxed, small-town feel. It provides an easy balance between privacy and accessibility—close enough to shops, dining, and major routes, yet far enough away to unwind at the end of the day.

What we enjoy most is the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of community. Neighbors are friendly, traffic is minimal, and evenings are calm—making it a great place to rest, work remotely, or spend time with family. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can feel comfortable and settled, even during a short stay.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What truly sets our property apart is the level of care and investment we’ve put into every detail. We spared no expense when it came to decorations, fixtures, and furnishings—everything was thoughtfully selected to deliver a refined, upscale experience rather than a typical short-term rental feel.

From high-end furniture and quality finishes to intentional design touches throughout the home, the space is meant to feel elevated, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our goal was to create a place that looks great, functions flawlessly, and feels like a home you’d choose—not just one you’d rent.
