Thank you so much for your kind words—we’re so glad your whole family felt comfortable and well cared for during your stay. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed being able to walk to all the nearby spots and explore downtown Cary.
We would truly love to host you again anytime you’re back in the area!
Staying at this house was just too lovely. The location is amazing, the house is has everything you need and is so beautiful. The hosts are so gracious. Loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay, although we were under the impression that the backyard was completely fenced in (we brought our little dog with us) - and it is not. Since the property is on a main road, we were concerned the dog would wander off to the front of the property and into the street. Also, we didn't realize how close to the road the property was. It was a bit too noisy to sit on the front porch - lots of traffic as W Chatham is a main road. We also didn't realize a train runs by very close to the property, as late as almost midnight. However, doesn't come through very frequently. The only other slightly negative aspect are the cars "backfiring" or racing loudly down the street. Thankfully, that didn't go on much past 11pm. We otherwise loved the house and the neighborhood -- very close to downtown businesses and Cary Park, which we adored. Plenty of restaurants nearby ( a couple of bakeries across the street and just down the road). House had all the amenities we needed (really nice appliances too), including a table and seating out back with a patio umbrella. We had family that lives in Raleigh drop in to visit and they enjoyed it too. We would come back!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay with us! We are so happy to hear you loved the house, enjoyed the neighborhood, and were able to spend time with your family while exploring Downtown Cary, the park, restaurants, and bakeries nearby.
Thank you as well for pointing out the backyard. Our listing advertise a fully fenced yard, but we appreciate the feedback and understand how important that can be when traveling with a dog. One of the things many of our guests enjoy is that we're within walking distance of several wonderful parks (#1 dog park in NC) and just a short drive from some fantastic additional dog parks throughout Cary.
Being in the heart of Cary does mean we're close to everything that makes the area so special. While W. Chatham Street can be busy during the day, many guests love being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, Downtown Cary Park. The train is a couple blocks away and passes a few times a day.
We were sorry we couldn't accommodate your request to extend your stay, especially since you were enjoying the home so much! We'd love the opportunity to host you again on a future visit to Cary.
Thank you again for your kind words and helpful feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back soon!
