The Space:
Home features a huge front porch with rockers as well as a ramp leading directly to front door for handicap accessibility. Perfect for guests who need to work from home with fiber high speed internet. Primary bedroom has California king sized bed and ensuite primary bathroom, both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations, additional two bedrooms have queen sized beds. Washer and dryer for guests' convenience. This home is pet friendly with a two dog maximum and a pet fee. Please note this is not an ADA compliant property rather has some accessible amenities noted through out the listings.

Guest Access:
Our home is set up for guests with their comfort as first priority. Guest will have access to entire home as well as carport, washer, dryer and spacious front porch. Guests can park up to four vehicles in the driveway and carport. If more spaces are needed please ask host as additional parking is available. We do have one locked owner's closet.

The Neighborhood:
This home is walking distance to downtown Cary and conveniently located. We are close to the new Downtown Cary Park, many shops and restaurants.
